This place has really gone down hill. Its over-priced and you get nothing. I hadnt gone here for awhile due to their bad customer service and ripoff on portions. But I decided to try it again. Last time I visited this location they gave me tacos and rollers with nearly nothing in them. It was such embarrassing portions that I called to complain. The manager explained that they were being reviewed and needed to be careful about the portion sizes- but it was literally a tortilla that I was biting into. I actually went on a trip a few months back where I stopped at other Del Tacos on the way, and they were great! The portion sizes were reasonable for the price. They werent ripping you off. Well, I just went there again tonight, and Ill never go back. First off they mess up my order. Then I drive all the way back and they request the screwed up order back (to be expected but it was still their fault) then they re-do my order. The already tiny tacos for 2.50 are half-filled with contents. These shells are small to begin with, but to not even just fill a tiny little shell? Instead it was mostly filled with green. Probably 3 little chicken pieces. I know it sounds silly to write a review about tacos... But their customer-service skills are embarrassing. And the food you get for the price you pay is laughable. There were other occasions in the distant past where the employees were straight-up rude. Needless to say, I wont be going back. I only wish there was another location nearby. It seems that this specific one has gone down hill.

This place has decent priced food for the amount you get HOWEVER they have lost my business. The girls that work there are always rude never get the order right and when you say you want the pico or tomatoes left off they figure that you dont want the sour cream or any other extra so you get chips and cheese no jalapenos or beans on the nacho and only beef and lettuce on the macho taco, and dont even order a drink from them they act all put out when they have to pour it. When you ask for a certain sauce they put the wrong one in the bag and if you catch them they snap grab the bag back and slam it down breaking the tacos and give you enough for half a packet per taco. Really? order 6 tacos for the family and get three packets? These people are RUDE RUDE RUDE I would go across the street to Taco Delmar. I see other reviews flagged I am sure they feel the same!

The foods fine - but, on the whole, customer service SUCKS! Ive given up going thru drive-up, cuz tacos are too often broken. When I mentioned that 4 of 6 (Tuesday night special) shells were broken, and asked them to be more careful, same number were broken when I got home. When I brought this up to the manager, next visit, she gave me nothing but attitude, and reasons she couldnt provide customer service. (I found out atleast 3 ways that I hadnt followed proper company policies - like I work for them, or something! REALLY?!!) Went back, after 9 months, and same stuff. BAD for business!!

Air-headed me forgot my card. I pull up to th window and tell her my situation and ask her if she can knock it down to around 3 bucks, its what I had in my car. She did just that, then as she handed me my food told me I could just keep the full meal. It was something small, but I felt like such an ass for not having my money. Thank you so much, window lady. Ive never done that before and hope that good karma comes back around and does something amazing for you

I love your guys food, but geeze, whats with the attitude? I work fast food too but you dont see me getting butt hurt about customers. Oh and turn off your OPEN sign when you close please? It is confusing as hell and makes me want to go back to tacobell. Also, Megan (a cashier) needs to be let go or moved away from people. Always rude to me, even when I am just asking for a medium instead of a small. Get rid of her, and I will come back.

This is by far the worst Del Taco Ive ever been to. The cashier was very rude and dismissive. The fries were soggy or so over cooked that you couldnt bite through. None were crisp with a fluffy center, like all the other Del Tacos Ive been to. The standard "Del Taco" was greasy and the shell chewy. The fish tacos were okay. The pico inside was pretty gross. Definitely wont be going to this location again.

Not the same Del Taco that it was about a year ago. Staff is rude and food taste much different (on the bad side) . Seems worst in the evening. Sorry folks, but Ive been going to Del Taco, which I loved their food from another state, and when I moved here 7 years ago I was so happy and extremely satisfied because the food tasted the same and the staff was so polite and friendly.

Food=great, boy working the register=great, manager "Socorro"=so rude. Worst customer service ever. They messed up the order (it was correct on the receipt) and she threw the food away without so much as an apology and we had to wait for new food. Then she got mad at the boy and it wasnt even his fault. I feel bad for him, hope he gets outta there soon.

This was my first visit to Del Taco and it was a Huge disappointment. We went to try the fish tacos that everyone seems to be so fond of but they were the size of my boyfriends thumb. For six dollars you get two bland little tacos and soggy fries. we also tried the crispy chicken tacos which were absolutely disgusting. Dont waste your money!

Horribly rude and sarcastic manager, which happens to be helping train new employees. Unbelievable that someone of her character would be a manager of anything......come on guys, if you care at all about your business, you should take immediate action. If not you would doing this everyone involved a disservice!

I hate that lii angry mexican girl who works the front counter. I love dell taco, having came from central oregon and being a del taco junkie, I was disappointed with their service. I hardy even go there because I dont want to see her angry face. The good is good though

The foods good, the drive thru service is good, its an all around good place. Especially with how most of their ingredients dont have corn syrup (except their chicken and rice) and they openly list them on their website. PS, Im allergic to corn syrup.

Got a fiesta pack today. I will never go back. The tacos fall apart as soon as you take them out of the wrapper. And the bean burritos have no flavor at all. Not worth the $12 I spent. If I had a choice I would have paid $3

I drive 30 minutes from Inner SE PDX for this place. Being from LA, Del Tacos comfort food for me whenever Im down or homesick, and this place doesnt disappoint. It reminds me of back home all the way.

I love this place! Granted its a bit different than the So Cal ones, but the tacos are the same. The nacho cheese is different and the chile sauce tastes like chipotle peppers instead of red chiles.
