Even though the food is decent and service is friendly, they are poorly prepared for their customers. If youre going to have something on the the menu, you better have the ingredients available whenever your customers come in. They didnt even offer to give us a discount on our order. My friend later commented that they could have easily ran across the street to Sprouts to fill up their stock. LAME excuses. On top of that, this location is STINGY with their product. My friend complained to the manager about their sandwich looking a bit sparse and the manager told them that the workers just didnt spread it out. So my friend spreads it out and it still looks sparse! So in conclusion, this place only gets two stars, one for tasty food and one for friendly service -- at least by the cashier and server...

I loved this place because the two dishes that I got to try were amazing. They were simple yet rich and full of flavor. The watermelon feta salad that apparently is "back for the summer" was perfectly assembled. The watermelon was cut in small pieces, the amount of cheese was light enough, the mint and arugula have it the edge and subtle tart and pinch that went perfectly with the sweetness of the watermelon and light dressing. The Cobb salad was amazing it had a white dressing, half of an egg, bacon, a mix of greens which tasted so fresh..i highly recommend either if them. The Bbq chicken flatbread on both dishes was delicious..Shredded Bbq, small piece of swiss, Gouda or havarti cheese,spinach and the perfect amount of bbq sauce..

Its a very stingy place! We pre-ordered their 2 items from the menu for take out; I would normally check my food before leaving the place and noticed the mac and cheese container was halfway filled, the same with my salad order. I approached the manager on duty that night and showed her my order. She said she cant do anything about it because it was "prepackaged" and giving me the option to either take it or leave it. Terrible. They just lost a repeat customer(s)!

Food was great..Unfortunately there was a really rude customer. I totally understand and felt bad for the staff until the staff member made fun of the customers inappropriate behavior in front of the rest of the customers. I dont blame the member for being upset but two wrongs dont make a right. Take it in the back away from your your good customers. What makes us think she will not do this to the good ones as well.

Panera has cut back on their bread offerings. The sandwiches and salads arent actually that interesting - certainly not interesting enough to make me come here. There are better mom and pop sandwich places, and without the variety of baked goods, I dont have much interest in coming here anymore.

Ive never been able to get out of this restaurant in under 30 minutes. Even when Im picking up bagels for the office. The prices are high for the portions they provide. There is a better selection of baked goods across the street at Anderson bakery.

This place keeps missing up my order. I ordered Swiss and Ham sandwich and I told the cashier NO mustard, pickle, tomato and onion. They gave me everything on it except mustard not sure if the cashier is stupid or not.

They didnt have the iPads that you can order from which nicely allows me not to talk to people which is really appealing to me. The food is tasty but expensive and sometimes poorly thrown together.

Meets expectations for a good Panera Bread. The outside seating is nice on sunny days, but its usually pretty cold. Great soups and salads. Consistent every time.
