I am reevaluating my review from before. My husband and I were sad to see that The Mint recently raised their prices. We still love this place and the comments I made previously all remain true. Since getting a burger here now costs close to $16, we unfortunately will not be coming back as often as before. We still come by during happy hour to enjoy the Mint Mule and other specialty cocktails! Delicious. The Mint always has a very friendly and welcoming staff. Their happy hour has a $5 beer flight, which is amazing. Their happy hour nachos are also a great deal and can easily be shared with a couple friends. I personally love their French dip sandwich, it is unique and delicious. They have awesome french fries and their jojos are also tasty. They always have a variety of beers on tap to choose from as well. Ive only lived in Enumclaw for a couple years, but I can honestly say that The Mint is usually my restaurant of choice.

They are not The Mint of old. The beer selection is not what it was, the beer no longer comes in imperial pints (20oz) and it costs more. But the selection is still good. It is just no longer great. If you remember The Mint being a beer geeks mecca, complete with the cast conditioned ales of the week. Sorry that is gone. They do have mixed drinks now, if you go to a tavern for that. Better than you would expect in a small town in every way. The food is very good, it is better than ever. But be realistic, do not expect, vegan, gluten free, free range pasta. The Mint is still a Jewel, they treat you well and feed you better. The cost is dead average for Enumclaw. I bumped the rating to five stars. Because I shouldnt be comparing it to the entire state. This is a small town and the mint is pretty darn good.

Went here for the first time since the new ownership. Place was packed, which is probably the reason the service seemed a bit slow at times. One time it took about 20 minutes to get our cocktails refilled. That being said, the food was absolutely spectacular! Everything our group of five got was completely awesome. We were a little disappointed at first when we were told they no longer made pizza because thats what we used to go there for, but once our food was set down in front of us all disappointment faded away. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Never really enjoyed the mint. I have been there a handful of times and remember waiting obscene amounts of time to get our food or the check. The food was never really that good to be waiting that long. Its has recently reopened with some renovations and new management. I havent really noticed a difference in services. The menu seems improved but the food doesnt really taste better. The wait for food and checks were still there but maybe not so obscene. Meh. Lots of great places to eat in Enumclaw, this isnt one of them.

If specific bartenders cant or wont be of service they should let one know... that way one will not waste his time going into this restaurant. This is the 3rd time Ive received "BAD" service & by that I mean "NO" service. So now Im @ The Rainier just 60ft away! Kobe Beef Burger Western Style! My $$$ will be spent. No hard feelings but this is my experience with The Mint & Its specific staff ALWAYS! Hope this helpful, but it should be resolved cuz I like most of the staff, like Patti...shes always polite.

Mint was a huge surprise. I stopped on a whim after reading a couple reviews and initially wasnt all that impressed with the atmosphere and wait for a table in a small town but when my burger arrived, I was shocked to find it was one of the best Id ever had. I thought maybe it was a fluke, so I went back a second time during a motorcycle ride through town and it was no fluke. The reason there is often a wait here is because the burgers are off the charts good.

We had horrible service here, the 2 waitresses we had serving us both did not know what was going on and completely ignored us the whole time. We waited an hour for our food and never received the appetizer we ordered even though we could see half of our order-and other peoples orders, sitting on the counter getting cold. We ended up leaving after waiting for so long because we had somewhere to be and the waitresses could care less. We will never come back.

A good collection of local brew from around the town. Variety of types of beer. Cute outdoor sitting although only 2 available. Spacious indoor. It seems like more hands would be needed if they are in busy time. Menu offers as well quite various choices, from Asian dish to steaks. We had jambalaya and pork chop - pork chop is actually cured, very interesting. Very fulfilling lunch. It would be my go-to resto in Enumclaw when visiting.

Took visiting family in to show them my regular spot ... they all walked away very impressed! Both by the beer selection (and local focus) and the delicious, well-executed food. The smoked tomato penne pasta, a bbq pork sandwich and a mac and cheese were our food highlights and the Rogue 7-Hop our favorite beer on tap. We also enjoyed sampling Enumclaws local Cole Street Brewery -- their seasonal fall release is spot on.

Waited over 45 min for our food. We have had a bad experience here before and decided to give it another chance. The tables that came in after us had their food. Down to 4 tables and were still waiting. Food was ok but overpriced for the amount and not worth the wait. They need to learn how to cook a veggie burger. Was so mushy it melded with the bun. Oh well, we will never come again.

this place is innovative in their food and drinks! my husband and I ordered drinks, appetizers, and a meal.. we were impressed with everything we ate/drank (reuben eggrolls & pales cream ale are amazing) Dylan our server was friendly and easy going. we will definitely be making the drive to come back out here and enjoy the mint again.

Pros: Amazing Mushroom burgers and Strawberry lemonade. Lots of other great food. Super cute decor. Cons: Service can sometimes be slow (Things left off of orders mostly.) And glasses are usually not thoroughly washed. Gunk on them and stuff. Also, its always too loud to talk with friends and always has tvs on :/

Food labeled "GF" on the menu is not Gluten Free. The restaurant labels the food gluten free, and what they do not tell you is that there is cross contamination. If you have celiac disease please do not take a chance and eat here. Also, their alcoholic beverages are poorly made.

Walked in party of 5. Was told 20 minute wait. Over an hour later we still had not been seated and 7 parties seated before us with parties up to 4 people. We left angry after we were forgotten and asked if we were all together several times by the same gal.
