I have eaten here for years, normally I enjoy the food and service. Until a few days ago. I ordered Arroz con camarones and it had so much onions in it that I couldnt even take a bit without being over whelmed with onions.Plus there was only three prawns in my dish. I normally dont complain when dining out but this time I did.The servers where nice and took it back to the kitchen, but the manager came up to me and asked what the problem was, then he continued to say that it is impossible there was only three prawns. I said that is all I had. He kept telling me that there was eight and I said I only ate three. He gave me my money back but couldnt stop telling me that I was wrong. So for that reason I will never go back, unless they hire a manager that knows what he is doing.

My husband and I were excited to try a different mexican restaurant in the area. When we arrived it took a few minutes to get seated. They only had one table with 2 people at it eating. We finally got seated and then waited for 15 minutes before leaving. The waitress didnt even acknowledge that we were there. She even saw me look at her but talking with the other waitress and their friends that came in to visit were way more important than her job. We will never go to this place again!! If they only knew that we are very good tippers and were planning on bringing large groups to their restaurant. The joke is on them.

Was good, consistent food. Now with new owner, new cook, cheap ingredients we will not return. They quit the customer rewards without any warning. There were tiny canned shrimp in seafood enchiladas with other seafood missing. Changed from thin tortillas to thick, tough ones. Salsa was tomato sauce with canned tomatoes... no flavor. When I asked where was the missing seafood in the seafood enchiladas just got response of new cook and that other customers are asking the same thing. No offer to get somethingb else. Will not return even though we have been loyal customers since they opened.

I give good reviews when they are deserved, so I feel like I should help this restaurant and you by giving my 2 cents. Food was okay. Service....meh. It just wasnt there, I mean technically it was. The order of the dining experience is expected - Menus, Drinks, Food, the one ask "how is everything", and then come take away the plates and bring the check. But heres the deal- Family of four- Entrees only (no drinks were ballers on a budget) and it was $60. The food was just OK. The service was just OK.

As a Native Texan, I had my reservations about the quality of Mexican food I would find in the Northwest. I am so glad I found this place, the quality reminds me of home. Portions are big, process are reasonable, and the staff is great. Being located on the end of a strip center, space is limited and there is only so much that can be done for decor. With that said, the place is great and Koop highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great Mexican food restaurant.

So I am being generous - the salsa is poor tasting runny ketchup and the service for a small group of 10 people is horrible - that said I did see people enjoying themselves and getting better service than us So I wont trash them too much - the food is of low quality ingredients and overall I think not very tasty. I have been here twice and had the same experience - I go because of being invited within a group that likes it - otherwise I would not return

SERVICE: I came here alone. Being the only customer in the place, youd think that they could get my order right. Wrong food, wrong drink. FOOD: Chips were burnt. Food was bland, just awful. Barely tasted and not good. I make more flavorful ground beef at home. Please dont go here, it sucks and youll be disappointed. I was starving and I still only ate half of my meal.
