Avoid this taco hell. Youd think Id learn from my previous mistakes of eating here but nope. EVERY time I come here there are issues and Im literally throwing money away. Tonights order (8:30 pm) was $17 worth of food, in which I didnt receive everything I ordered (far too common at this location), and only the double deckers were somewhat edible. The tortillas used for my bean burritos tonight looked like someones dog had chewed on them prior. They were hard and shredded up.. The beans that filled the inside were crispy. No joke they literally crunched! I wont even get into their so called grilled stuffed burrito attempt because words cant describe what this one tonight looked like. I didnt have the guts to eat it which is so disappointing. There is clearly no quality control here, or any cares given when you try and complain. Ive tried calling only for no one to pick up. Filled out the survey on the receipt requesting someone to contact me only again to talk to no one. Simply put the food is disgusting here and its a damn shame. Avoid this location at all costs, youve been warned!

Would have given zero stars if I could. I was bamboozled into purchasing Taco Bell Foundation Coupons (two) for supporting local teen programs to support and help teens graduate and "Achieve Mas". For your donation they give you a coupon for free seasoned beef tacos that they dont honor. So essentially they just take your money under the foundation guise and dont honor the coupons. Im glad to donate, I do it all the time at the register "round up" donations or a buck for this or that at various store checkouts...but seriously Taco Bell....Shame on you, and shame on this Covington Location. Plus, the lady who was behind me in line, walked out after I did, on principal, after hearing them argue with me over it...so you guys lost two customers. But big corporations dont care about the little guy and we knew that already...didnt we? Just shareholders and the bottom dollar. So if you donate, just do it from your heart...and thats reward enough.

Horrible service. Three people, one spoon... Ask for another and met with spite. Young girl helping is wonderful... Adult male was being an a$$. Checked for hot auce, had asked for mild- the man told the girl it was her fault he put wrong sauce in and gave me more. Got parked and found we only had Hot now. Drive back through and he told me he gave me mild. I handed Hot back to him but he withdrew his hand so it dropped on ground. He gave me mild and told me he had given me mild before. I reached in bag and taco only half wrapped and toppings in bottom of bag. Went back in store and gave two tacos back to manager who told me to "stop griping" then shorted me on refund for tacos and offered no other remedy but more rudeness. No wonder the local chats warn people away. I sure will tell everyone not to waste time or money.

I went to this place 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close and all the doors were locked but still plenty of people inside. We were let it, but not before i got a snobby remark from an employee about how theyre closing soon. She also went up to one of her friends or customer and said another rude thing to them about how we were coming in "during closing times". Anyway, we ordered the food no big deal and got it no problem. But when i got my cinnabons they were cold as hell in the middle. Just because you are closing in 30 mins doesnt mean you take out the food EARLY?! That makes people sick, as Ive been since i eaten them. never going here again, theyve always givin bad service.

Ordered my food the cashier was excellent took my order and catered to my needs but the people who make the food always messes up my food in some sort of fashion. I call in about the issue the boss while it is after the dining room is closed says to bring the food back.. What so I can wait in the drive thru for people who dont know what they want to order.. This location was great back 8 years ago same as many of the other places here in the area. They replace quality of food for who knows what.

Waited 15 mins in drive through. Got home and was missing food that we paid for. Verified on the receipt what we ordered. Drove BS k to get replacement food and had to wait in another 15 min line. I was surprised to read other reviews from over a year ago, complaining about the same thing. This has happened to us before, but we are never going back and since this is been happening so long, perhaps a letter to corporate is in order

There once was a man from Nantucket who pulled down his pants and crapped in a bucket. And it stunk up his yard like a big smelly lard but as hard as he tried he could not stem the tide. Very unorganized, the drive through teller was arguing with a coworker who was also working drive through. I didnt get hot sauce requested, a receipt, or even a napkin! Been their twice wont ever go back. The clerk I dealt with was rude and pretty much just toss my bag to me. No smile, have a nice day, nothing! Wow u guys really need to learn about customer service.

I have eaten at numerous Taco Bells in numerous states. I can honestly say this one is the worst. When you order a taco salad, not only do you not get a tortilla bowl, which would be ok, but you also dont get the salsa that all other Taco Bells serve. The salsa is what makes the salad. They also dont volunteer that information. I wont go back therer again.

Want something different than a burger or chicken sandwich, this is the place. Granted, they are selling the same thing, just on a different plateform. You can never go wrong with burritos and tacos....my go to place when all the others are simply, the same :)

usually good service. I just tried to go through the drive thru at 11:45 on a Friday night when theyre supposed to be open. for whatever reason they were completely closed. dont say youre upon late night if you definitely are not.

I would give zero stars this location sucks on service and getting food correct and out on time. Its a struggle to just order at times, I will drive an extra distance to a further location to get my burritos

Awful service, third separate time and all three times they have messed up my order either not giving me what I ordered so damn frustrated. Need less teenagers and some people that actually want to work
