THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. ive never bothered to write a review online cuz i dont have the time, but i signed up for an account and wrote this cuz it was just that HORRIBLE. we stopped here on our way down from crystal. our hostess was MIA and after (all of these times are accurate by the way) nearly 10 mins got frustrated and decided to seat ourselves. all we ordered at first was waters. after 20 mins our waiter came back with chips and salsa and no water. by now we already knew what we wanted and were about to order when our server walked away from us. he came back another 10 mins later with water. by now we had finished our chips and salsa and asked for two more baskets, as we anticipated a long wait. then put in our order. the entire time we considered and should have left, but wanted to give them another chance. plus we were so hungry we hoped they would step it up now. little did we know that it would be an HOUR wait for our COLD food. the fish in my fish taco was the size of my middle finger and there was barely anything in my taco other then that sauce. so i basically ate a cold tortilla with some sauce. I asked what happened to the rice that was supposed to come with the meal and he told me he forgot it and would go get it. i also asked for some tapatio hot sauce. after a half hour and after wed all completed our meals, he returned with my hot sauce and rice. i told him its fine. were just gonna leave. can we get the check and a box for it please? he gave me a short "sure, youre welcome." and disappeared. by now we were so frustrated, my boyfriend walked into the kitchen, told them hed leave if he didnt get his check and that we waited on that for 15 mins as well. well, they were quick to try and get their money cuz that was the only thing that was done in a decent amount of time all night. in total we were there from 6pm-8:30pm for crappy, cold food, with poor servings, in a dirty, poorly decorated restaurant.

We waited forever for our food, and when receiving our food it was cold. Also we ordered fajitas and they forgot our tortias and we had to wait even longer. The food tasted bd, it was bland, cold, and wasnt good at all. Apon getting our food the owner of the resturant came out to us and side that they were the best resturant in town, I dont think so. When leaving signing the recipt they walked away leaving the recipt with personal credit card info on the counter for everyone to see and take. This place had horrible service, was slow, food was bad, and we will not be going back.

My experience here was amazing! The service of Rachel & javier made the entire process of dining fine as wine. Im thankful to of moved to a small town where there is a great servicing of authentic mexican to the public. Thank you so much! Will definitely be returning.

Best Mexican food in town. Great service and food. Food is fresh and delicious. Very friendly and the owner even comes out and makes sure you are satisfied and happy with your experience there. Eat here! Come for there lunch Buffet!!!!

This place is ONLY good for take out orders. Its just a step above taco bell. They make an amazing burrito colorado..this isnt for vegetarians! Chunks of steak smothered in a chile sauce, all wrapped in a burrito..yum.

Food was good....wait staff was horible, never checked on us and we waited for over 40 minutes for our bill.....waiter just disappeared. .....wont be back, service at the Bonney Lake is MUCH better

Stopped in with part of the car club on the way back from a trip through Mt Rainier National Forest. Service was friendly & fast. Food was excellent and reasonable. Our group had a great time.
