Will never go back to the Oroville Burger King branch. Too many screwed up orders and hair found in the sandwiches. Gridley BK on the other hand is much more accurate, give hair free food, and are about as quick as you would expect a BK to be. Really if there was any helpful suggestion it would be to hire more staff and have them work together so they can, in time, be as fast as the McDs machine of 20+ workers...and avoid the Oroville BK like the PLAGUE.

I order here all the time. today was different from most days! I got super sick when I was drinking an ice water that i ordered!!!! there was a little clear to off white worm swimming in the bottom of my cup!!! I was so disgusted!!!! there doing an incident Report, I left the worm in the hands of the manager. Yet there still serving!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING AGAIN!! GRIDLEY CA BURGER KING!! 4/20/2015

I had no problem with this burger joint, it is better than most. living in gridley I eat here alot but on two separate occasions I have seen cockroaches in this restaurant. this has definitely made me change my mind when going out to eat. hope this can be taken care of but either way im not eating there anymore.

Went inside to eat very very hot inside ,ask manager to turn on air conditioner told me it doesnt work ya right it 90 degrees in there we left and went to mc Donald across the street .never go to burger king ever again

Food is great! The staff try to do their best but are severely understaffed. The last two times there were issues. Before you leave the drive through or leave with your "to-go" order...check it for accuracy.

I love your burgers and frys but it could have been much cooler for the employees they were sweating. I felt bad for them since the weather outside was in the 100s out more. The crew was awesome.

Its a burger King. They dont have one of those ketchup pump things. Only ketchup in packets. But they let you get as many as you want.

Multiple homeless people live in the mens restroom. Found pubes in my Whopper but still ate it and it tasted like dick cheese.
