My girlfriend and I decided to go in and see what was on the menu. We saw no menus...only a posted one on the wall. The place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Not a good sign. After looking over the wall menu for a while, a lady came out and stood at the counter waiting. No hello...no welcome...just stood there. I didnt see anything I wanted but my girlfriend did. She ordered some Tsao dish with chicken and rice....to go. The lady never said thank you or even bothered to smile. We sat down to wait for our order and noticed some very depressing paintings on the wall and a tired looking decor that looked pretty much as lifeless as a gulag. The same lady (I assume the owner) came out and placed th bagged food on the table. I said a big "thank you". What was my response? She barely bothered to say a word except "okay". Poor service....unfriendly...no greeting. Decor? Depressing. The food? Nothing special at all. We will never go back again.

Dont waste your money at Big Burger & Teriyaki!!!! Terrible service, gross food, we got bottled pop it was flat. she made me pay for a fountain drink. If i could give 0 star i would. The lady in front was talking on her cell phone the whole time. And when we went to leave we refilled our fountain drink she made us pay again so i spent $8 for 2 drinks and 2 refills and 2 bottled pop i didnt get to have. By the way the tea i got was moldy. The lady upfront did nothing to right the situation all they care about is money. Well the first sign should have been when we came in at diner during a normal diner rush, no one was in the restaurant. Dont waste your money at Big Burger & Teriyaki!

The teriyaki here is a little different style than at most places like this. Not quite as seared as most. The portion size on the dine in table service also seems much smaller than take out orders (but this in not based off of very many visits).

The place I go for Take Out. In house service is part time. They have gone out of there way to fix an incorrect order on there dime though. Even though it was my fault.

Great burgers but a little over priced. Their milkshakes are OK and i hear their Chinese cuisine is good. Overall I would eat there again.
