Service was awesome, our drinks were refilled promptly and our waitress checked on us often. We put in our appetizer order (wings and a sampler) and about 5 minutes later we put in our dinner order (husband ordered a build your own burger and I had the tenders and popcorn shrimp) oddly our dinner came out first but we didnt mind. The shrimp was amazing tenders I only took one bite, Im a little weird when it comes to chicken and I thought it had a funky flavor. Husband loved the burger and fries were good. We got our appetizer and unfortunately the sampler was not the one we ordered, I dont like to send things back so we tried to enjoy it. The nachos it came with were not appetizing the wings were good (teriyaki) onion rings were so so, and mozzarella sticks were good, I think the sampler we originally ordered (spinach dip) would have satisfied us more. We tried a bit of everything and had tons of left overs. A friend recommended the cheesecake bites so we ended up sharing an order and surprisingly finished it all! Even with full bellies they were delightful. I didnt think I would enjoy a warm cheesecake but it is a must have. I would have given 5 stars if only my appetizer was correct.

Only thing really nice about the place is the fact its new and has that new car smell still.. Other then that the place is pitiful. Me and my wife have heard nothing but bad things about this BWWs so we had to try it ourselves. We went on a Thursday and got seated rather quickly which impressed me, the waitress was quick to introduce herself and get our drink orders. Roughly 5-10min went by and a new waitress came up to let us know the previous one was going on a break and she would be filling in, so we gave our drink order again. After this it was downhill. We had to ask numerous times to have our drinks refilled (water), we had to ask for plates, napkins, and silverware more than once and was totally surprised when we were told they had no more forks... How does that happen? Also, my wife had asked for ranch with her wings that we never got until we were putting the rest of our food in a ToGo Box. .. Long story short the service here is absolutely awful and is a shame to BWW.

Went to dinner with my husband and grandson. We got seated right away and our service was good throughout our meal even though it was pretty busy. My husband had a Pulled Pork Sandwich and it was okay. My grandson had Macaroni and Cheese and it was flavorless. I had three small chicken tacos. When my food got there and I bit into my taco I honestly thought they had made a mistake and substituted a very dry and tasteless fish for the chicken. My tacos were very salty and had a bit too much heat. The real kicker though was the french fries that each of us had with our meal. They were obviously pre-cooked, frozen and reheated. They were a cross between rubber and card board and almost impossible to bite into. We went here because we had received a gift card. Would we go back? Not on your life. The prices were ridiculous and the food was less than mediocre.

The best Buffalo Wild Wings in Northern California. Well at least the ones I have been to. Also the super hot bartender manager is awesome, Chris Rosas. He has the best customer service and trains his people well. Great food and great environment. Recommend highly. Ryan Van Horn you seem like an extremely hard person to please and a little stuck up I might add. If you heard BWW was bad why would you eat there...seriously people get over yourselves. And Matthew Priddy....Applebees!? Really!? You go there and leave this wonderful place alone. Ed next time ask for your wings wet....you can always add but you cant take away. Cass out

Ordered cheeseburger with bacon. Burger was flat and over cooked. No flavor. Fries were scarce. Upgraded to chili queso style, extra 2.35 was worth maybe .50 for the canned taco bell fake meat tasting chili and generic nacho sauce. Wife had the wings way over cooked, and drenced in sauce to try and cover it. Service was standard restaraunt usual. take order left for dead until they happen to notice your drink is empty. First time in and last. 36$ for 2 of us, for this meal overpriced. for a decent lunch not really this was far from it.

We always get a seat at the bar...seems they take better care of you when your consuming alcohol. Yes the prices for wings are high, and if you want them sauced, you have to tell them. Corporate BDubs probably,uses a sauce to wing ratio and the wings always come out half sauced! There are so many managers there you dont know whos running what. Seems that there are more employees than customers every time we walk in but as I mentioned, if your drinking, they pay more attention to you ($$$) .

Its ok. Our waitress was nice and gave us great service. The food was very good I ordered a hamburger and my wife a salad which took a while to arrive, but the restaurant was full so no complians there. The only thing i did not like was the lack of sauce on my wings. I ordered the medium buffalo wings, i could hardly taste any sauce at all which is dissapointing considering its their signature item. I recommend the restaurant to anyone but maybe ask for a side of sauce with your wings.

Went there last night with family. I was excited for wings but the service was very poor. There was not a lot of people there but yet it still took forever to get anything. Ive been to a lot of Buffalo wild wings and always enjoy them. But I was very disappointing and it made no sense why it would take so long for our waitress so long to our meals and drinks. Our family is very relaxed and laid back. I dont like writing pour reviews. But come on. Please do a better job b-dubs.. thanks

I always have a good time at BWW. I always order the same thing: traditional wings medium sauce. Delicious. The service is good--they dont bother you when you are eating. If they notice you are missing something, they will simply bring it out to you. Once, while waiting for a take-out order, they even offered me a free drink. How nice of them!

I went a couple days ago and can say that it was pretty bad. the prices were terrible, the fries were obviously reheated, and it took a good 35 min. to get our food at our table. not to mention the extremely load noise. the only okay thing were the wings, sure, they were cold, but it was busy. would i go back? No.

This place offers a lot of beers and a full bar. The bartender was friendly and there was no wait. TVs everywhere, including the bathrooms, but the food is only ok. Your typical fried bar foods, but a bit overpriced for what you receive, even during happy hour.

I love buffalo wild wings . Been going ever since I lived in arkansas ,even been to a few in texas,oklahoma , even kansas. This is the only buffalo wild wings i know of that doesnt show any fights at all ? What is going on there ? Very disappointed
