I ran into this store on accident. It was a hot day in August and I thought a smoothie would be perfect so I stopped and got one. The first time I ordered, the front desk person was a nice young girl that asked if Id ever been there before suggested I try the Watermelon Smoothie. She was right. It was one of the best smoothies Ive ever had -- not too sweet and refreshing. The second time, the cashier was talking to someone and didnt even bother to say hi. Only after I said it a couple of times did she greet me back. However the food was good so I went back. Today I walked into the cafe and there she was again attending the drive through. She looked at me and didnt say a word. I got to the counter and she didnt even act like I existed. Someone from the back came out and greeted me and took my order. When the food was prepared the girl from the drive through brought me my wrap. She dropped it on my table and walked away as if I was some garbage. I literally did not want the food or drink anymore. I was a happy customer due to the friendly service and tasteful product during the first visit but she has convinced me never to go back. No matter how great the product, with that kind of service you have convinced me never to go back. Update: service has changed a great deal to the positive. Ive been back about 5 times now and each time the service was fast, friendly and I felt valued. Try the wrap.

I used to really love coming here to get a smoothie because they were so good for a good price. However recently (over the last few months) things have really gone down hill here. The staff girls are rude and rush through you. I have ordered smoothies a couple of times and its obvious that a ingredient is missing from it. This morning I stopped in to get a little breakfast and the girl took at least 5 minutes before she even greeted me. Its upsetting because this place used to be a nice spot to go to.

If I could give negative stars I would. I just went here tonight. Usually Im happy with them and the food and smoothies. But the past two times Ive been here have been awful. The first time. I had to have my smoothie remade 3 times due to my banana allergy and their incompetence. Tonight I found HAIR in my salad and my boyfriends wrap! THATS RIDICULOUS! Wasted 25.00!! On absolute disgusting uneatable food! Will never go back

I moved back to Washington after being in AZ for a year and was a customer at the one in Litchfield Park faithfully, they had great service. I was very disappointed with my visit today to the Vancouver, WA location. Both girls I dealt with, paying & getting my food, were both rude and seemed to not like their job. Its unfortunate two girls like that will stop my visits to this store.

None of the employees wash their hands before making your food. Or wear gloves as that is health code. When they drop food on the floor to make your order they just put it right back on your plate as does the owner. Anything that is dropped on the floor as health code says must go in the garbage. People wo work there dont even want to be there.

I love their food, BUT the service isnt really that great. Going through the drive thru today I waited 5 minutes at the window before they acknowledged me. AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD!! I will no longer be visiting that location. Also, there was a child behind the counter. In a food environment children do not belong behind the counter.

Better, but misleading – Definitely better for you stuff here than at a burger joint, but people are too taken in by the ‘healthy image’. It’s not bad, but still processed and higher in calories than you need. We eat here on the go, but you still have to pay attention and make good choices.

Great fresh food at fast food prices – Once you eat healthy like this you never go back to the big name body destroyers. More energy, and better shape for hardly any more money. We need more places like this, maybe getting breaks for encouraging easy healthy living.

The girls today where not very nice, I asked them to clean the bathroom she told me she was sorry she was busy.... They had 3 people show up in the time I sat there, they had so much time tto clean. To bad it make me question there hygiene behind the counter.

Normally fair experience however would appriciate if they had there menu available during full business hours. No reason for you to turn the oven off 45 minuets before close. Poor attitude of ladies working on this occasion too.

The smoothies are very good and fun with so many choices. The food is obviously not the focus as the salad had a lot of water left in it and the turkey deli meat is not of the highest quality as it tasted much like ham.
