Usually, if I go to this particular Taco Bell for lunch I can at least count on getting the food I paid money for but when I go in the afternoons however I get garbage. I just went there today and the guy put just barely enough beef on the tacos to make it look like there was some there (when looked at from the end) but there was none at all in the middle of the Chalupas. Same thing with the cheese; I ordered the Nacho Cheese Chulupas and the first one had no cheese on it as far as I can tell. The second barely had any as well. Many times the cashier has let me know through body language that I am wasting their time by eating in their restaurant: displaying crappy attitudes and acting bored with my presence (and/or aloof and impatient, I dont know which is worse for customer service)...one guy in particular seems to be on a power trip or something I dont know. If you can, you should definitely avoid this store and go to a different T/B...The only reason I have gone there to get burned more than two or three times now (in 8 months time) is because it is close to my house....never again, NEVER AGAIN!!

My meat burrito was not much larger than a cigar....no exaggeration....literally only slightly larger than a cigar. It was ordered easy sauce but had more sauce than meat on it....it was running out. The meat was a thin strip spread about the thickness one would spread peanut butter then rolled up with a hollow center....there was so much red sauce that not only could I not taste the meat but I could not taste the tortilla, which was hard. The taco....one of the most basic items a person can cook....if you cannot make a good taco then you do not need to be in the kitchen. My "crunchy" taco was not crunchy at all. The bottom with the tablespoon of meat and tablespoon of grease was soggy while the rest was hard and chewy. This place is a disgrace as a food establishment and to serve food like this to people is nothing less than ripping them off. The service.....slow! Will not be going back. It is time for a ZERO STARS option for businesses like this one because they do not deserve a star! Filing a complaint with corporate!

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience Ive had. And Taco Bell isnt exactly renown for setting the bar very high. After a 20 minute wait to get 5 cars ahead and to the ordering pedestal, Im told theyre out of taco shells. Another 15 minutes to the window and I have a cup thrust into my hand after paying $8 for food I dont want. Im handed change without a word. A few seconds later, a bag of food is thrusted out the window. No "thank you". No "have a nice evening". I get it, you hate that you work in fast food. Sometimes just about all of us work at a job we feel is beneath our potential. Get over yourself, be thankful someone keeps your sorry attitude around, and be respectful to the people paying your employer so they can afford to pay you. Maybe youll even get a good recommendation for your next job. If not, I wish you many decades of fast food service enjoyment.

I have been going to this Taco Bell for over 8 years. The last year I have had some of the worst fast food I have ever eaten. At first I ordered nachos, which tasted horrible due to the old stale oil that was used but because they usually have decent food I decided that maybe it was because someone didnt change the oil. After a couple times of this I decided to never order nachos again. Than I forgave and forgot about the past and ordered a Mexican Pizza, which I couldnt even take bite two because it tasted so horrible. I drank two bears trying to get the taste out of my mouth but decided this wasnt going to work so I used listerine instead. I can get over the usual missed items and the mistakes in my order but I will not pay good money for bad food. Taco Bell needs to spend the extra money to change their oil so that the food will be edible.

Once again, I made simple modifications to my order and it was completely screwed up. I get a cantina burrito and sub refried beans for meat and add chipotle sauce---nothing else, just sub for the meat and add a sauce. And, once again, I get it out and theyve taken out the black bean mixture with the corn and tomatoes and cilantro--you know, the stuff that makes it cost four bucks. So, basically they charged me more than $4.66 for a plain bean burrito with chipotle sauce. DO NOT DO SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR. Its not pleasant to be this harsh--but this happens over and over. Its one or two simple changes that somehow are never carried out. Very disappointing.

1) Seriously, please explain WHY this location is INSANELY slow EVERY visit, even with little to no line? Is it the employees? The machines? Are you thawing my food while I wait? 2) I waited 15 mins for Nachos Bell Grande and you didnt put any meat on them, thanks. 3) Who are the young people cussing out back by the drive through? Are these employees? Trespassers? 4) Others have reported lots of mice/rats, we have seen one rat hanging out outside the drive through once.

OBVIOUSLY TAKING AN ORDER IS TOO HARD HERE! got 2 crunchwraps one w/no tomatoes, and one with no sour cream, simple? NO! I reminded them at the intercom, and at the window. I even heard the girl tell the workers in the back about my order. then, they write on the boxes in black ink NO TOMATOES! NO SOUR CREAM! and guess what I got not only tomatoes but jalapeno as well and the other had no sour cream but instead they decided to add avocado ranch sauce SO DONE

I absolutely love Taco Bell and eat it a few times a week... I wont/cant make myself eat at the Kitsap Way location any more though. Last time i went through the drive thru, there were many mice out rays near the dumpster and the back of the building. Where i havent seen them inside, i dont think there could be that many outside and not be in. I now have to drive out of my way to avoid this locating, but its still worth it

I went there with my husband the other night and ordered a bean burrito with sour cream. When I got my food, it was fine except they had forgotten my sour cream. I went up and asked them for it and they were really nice and not only did they remake my burrito, they gave me a second burrito to make up for messing up my order. I was very pleased. It was the best experience I have ever had at Taco Bell.

The girl who took the order, Deja she was very nice. Thats the only reason I gave 3 stars. I was saying that this place gets bad reviews. Attitudes, throwing the food up on the counter and walking away.....I had just said that and girl preparing the meal did exactly that. This Taco Bell and the one on Wheaton is the simple the worst!!
