Its an Olive Garden, need I say more? Semi-authentic Italian Cuisine complete with amazing soup and breadsticks, my only complaint and reason for the missing fifth star is that at times I have received less than proficient service from waiters (due to what I have to assume is because I am younger, but at the age of 20 I understand the element of tipping but refuse to do so if my waiters dont earn it. In addition due to mass production of the served products, sometimes my soups/pastas come out dry, under/over cooked, or just not at the level of decency that I would expect from a restaurant of Olive Gardens stature. Regardless of those things I still firmly believe and hold onto a passion for this establishment, I just hope that they dont further lose their quality and any more respect in the ever growing greed fest that the world is undoubtedly becoming. Because to be honest, if I wanted cheap tasting thrown together Italian, I wouldnt spend $15 on a meal plus tip, just to be disappointed, (the breadsticks arent that good after all). But at this point in time, Olive Garden still holds a four star rating for me, with the potential of five, if they perhaps put a little less time on their revenue and a little more time on quality and customer satisfaction.

I have always looked forward to going out to eat at Olive Garden; however, today was the worst experience I have ever had... and probably will never eat there again. Thinking Veterans Day would be a perfect day to go out to eat to our favorite restaurant, since they have treated us so well in the past, my husband and I and another couple who we all served in different branches of the military in, decided to go eat here. The gentlemen that seated us and started to serve us was extremely helpful and courteous. The waitress that took over his shift or just took over our table was awful. We were informed we would be graciously compensated for one free meal off the Veterans Day menu, in which we were all amazed and extremely grateful for. After starting to eat, I have never been so rushed with a bill thrown in front of as if we were being forced to leave. On top of it, we were slapped with an OPTIONAL 18% gratuity charge on our free meal. We were already planning on leaving a tip but last time I checked.... how do you get charged with a 18% tip on top of $0.00? Poorly planned and I guarantee that poor waiter that helped us out throughout didnt see any of the tip that Amy C. just pocketed!

I have never rated anything in my life, and thats because for the most part I have been happy with the service that I have received everywhere, and if the service sucked, it still wasnt bad enough for me to come home and write a review. Well Boo-Yah...it happened today. I would have rather microwaved Safeway brand breadsticks and dip them in toilet water than go to the Olive Garden in Silverdale. At least I would not have paid a mandatory 18% gratuity on an OPTIONAL tip for the customer. Not to mention, its not like the service came with a happy ending or anything spectacular. The service from Amy C wasnt even average. I hope that she split the tip that everyone gave her with her crew. This is by far the crappiest service that I have ever received and I have been Africa and lived off MREs for 21 days. WTF. :( Sorry Amy, but youre fuc*ing up.

I have tried to like Olive Garden! It was much better when it first opened several years ago. Unfortunatly, I will not eat there again. I ordered the Talipia and Shrimp dish. This is only the third time in my 60 years that I had to return my meal because it was just awful. The shrimp was so over cooked it was like rubber and the fish was also way over cooked and the sauce was horrible! I had to ask the waiter to take it away. I asked for grilled salmon and some alfredo. It took 30 minutes! The salmon was fair. BTW, the salad was not the best and was never asked if I wanted cheese. The breadsticks were hard on the ends. I have not liked this resturaunt for a long time. I ended up spending $30 for one terrible meal! I cannot recommend it at all.

i love olive garden, but not this one. i had problems with this one in particular. I called to for a pick up for a chicken alfredo and they told me 15 mins. So i got there 20 mins later and i was waiting for my food for 30-45mins, so i told them im not waiting any longer and left. so i decided to give them a second chance, so when i got my food it was awful, my chicken was under cook and it was way to greasy. Then today, i just called them for a pick up and they ask me if they can put me on hold, i said ok. but i didnt know hold was 25 mins. i left it on speaker and waited for them to click back over, but they never did!! never again i will go to this olive garden. BAD FOOD, and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Terrible service philosophy. I called to make a reservation for 11 people on a Sunday. I was told that they dont do reservations on the weekend, only on weekdays. I asked if that was because they werent very busy on the weekends. The response was that they were "very busy"... I think thats why you take reservations, right??? Fast food business philosophy doesnt translate well to the real restaurant business. Ill take my business to Campanas in Poulsbo. Anyway, Im not going to take my 11 people and $500.00+ dollars worth of business to this restaurant and sit and wait for 45 minutes while they piecemeal together 11 seats. And I will stop entertaining my clients at this restaurant as well.

Although the food is great, it seems each time we visit the price has gone up another 50 cents. My wifes favorite meal is the Chicken Scampi, and since she started eating it 3 years ago, it has gone from $11.25 to now $15.75. We used to dine at OG about twice a month, bt it has now gotten to the point we can only go in for our favorite items about twice a year on special occasions. OG sells noodles and sauce, why does this have to cost $15+?! If we do choose to eat at OG other on the special occasions, we resort to just having the All-You-Can-Eat Salad or Soup. I just cant stomach paying over $15 for something I can make at home for under $7.

We went at 4 oclock on a Tuesday and it was not that busy but what we thought was weird was we were sat next to everybody else and all bunched into one area. On top of that it was a nice day so we figured they would sit us by the windows. The waiter seemed like he was mentally not there and kept fumbling and forgetting things but he definitely was showing an effort because there was a pretty stern rude couple sitting right next to us which we were bunched with. We would go again because he gave us two mints each with our bill. 3 stars.

Breadsticks are the best thing they serve. Food isnt bad, but definitely not great either. Biggest complaint about this location is lack of parking and poor customer service. The last three times I have eaten here my water glass has sat empty for half my meal, and when they refilled my breadsticks they acted like they were doing me some big favor. I enjoy eating here when its slow but its not my first choice for dining, especially during the typical dinner hour, I refuse to wait 30+ minutes for a mediocre experience.
