Horrible. Came in with Honduran native who spoke spanish and server totally ignored me even when my friend asked in spanish what might be good for me - totally rude. I dont really care about rude - I can easily get past that if food is good. But no. First of all - corn tortillas were worse than if I went to discount grocery store and microwaved stale tortillas and then placed them in a plastic bag to make them tough and gross. Tortillas easy to make - masa harina - so I am already lost as a customer at this point, but it gets much, much worse. I ordered Mole - despite being a "gringo" - I do know how to make this dish from scratch according to Central Mexico family recipes. Mole sauce was clearly the same "add water" paste that I critized my Mexican brother for using. It was clearly microwaved. Whats worse is that there was almost no chicken - all sauce - (I hate sauce - it is ok to compliment food but should not be main thing on plate!) - and the chicken that was present was so chewy, dry, and old-tasting that I simply put in a pile in the middle of the plate - ate the tiny amount of spanish rice and beans included - and then returned to server. Gross. And he didnt even offer discount seeing that I didnt touch the chicken. Will never, ever return. This restaurant might want to start seriously thinking about quality issues!

Decent place although our waiters attitude was one that said he really couldnt care less about the people he was serving, that hed rather not be there, we ordered and while waiting for food we couldnt for the life of us flag him down for a chip refill, another waitress had to come, when our plates came out we had ordered a dinner salad which he didnt even remember, when we asked where it was he went to get it but didnt return until 15 min later with the salad... And zero dressing of any sort, we asked if there was ranch or some other dressing included, and he realized he forgot it, but to cover his mistake he acted as if it was or fault, saying that we didnt order it with dressing so how could he know, he left to get the ranch.... And did not return until 20-25 min later! Our meal basically finished, salad soggy, so we told him we no longer had any interest in having the salad, and he acted as if we were so rude to inconvenience him with all of our ridiculous request only to say he did it for nothing... All in all, pretty good food... Abysmal service

Not going back. This chain of restaurants has always been great, but this particular one was very awful. The server was rude, the food was awful and very far from authentic. No spicy authentic salsa? And to make matters worst it was way too expensive! An 8$ nacho supreme came out to 16$ by just adding meat, which their was barely any of. They didnt even mention the extra prices. All our food was gross, horrible experience. And who charges 2.50$ for horchata with mainly ice? At least give us free refills, but no, an extra 2.50$!!! -.-

I have been going here for over a year now and have a better experience with every visit I make. The staff is friendly, the environment is warm, and the food is FANTASTIC. I LOVE their Seafood Chimichangas. They are our of this world! And their Margaritas are very delicious too. Every time I take a friend here, they are always happy with the decision. Its a great place to go on a date or chill out with some friends because it is hard to be disappointed with The Mayan.

Had the chicken, bacon, avocado burrito. It was delishious. The service was lousy, sat and waited and waved, and waved to get my order taken. Now,am sitting and waiting for the chdck. The bus person (a young lady) has finally come over to attend to the table. The waiter has disappeared. It took about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to pay attention to me. To say the least, the girl is getting the tip. Too bad because the food was really tasty.

Unfriendly server. The guy seemed really unhappy that we showed up and he had to wait on us. It took about 10 minutes before we received just water, and thats after asking twice. Everything was very slow and the food wasnt that great tasting. The check took about 15 minutes after our plates were taken away. The thing is, it wasnt even busy at the time. Wont be going back.

First time there..Our service was horrible, or waiter was rude and not only was he never at our table, but he couldnt even get our orders right. My drink was wrong. We tipped the lady cleaning our table who also gave us boxes and took our dishes to free space. Wont be going back!

The sopapillas were not fluffy at all. They were crispy and had chocolate on them and I didnt like them at all. Also the flautas were made out flour tortillas. Im Mexican and I have never ever had flautas like that. They looked like chimichangas with no flavor. Never again

Been there numerous times and finally realized that I was being charged for drinks that I did order or drink..buyers be beware...look at your check before you pay and make sure your charges are correct and youre not being over charged. Will never return

Watch out for the Mexican Ice Tea because you will feel it soon. We were satisfied withe appetizers. The Supreme Nachos are most filling. Felipes Special was delicious. The seafood was grilled nicely. Portions are large and you will take a box home.

Fave servers usually working at consistent times. Some visits better than others for frequency of checkups. They know us as regulars though and we tip good and they give us automatic arrangments most of the time. Always miss it when im out of town!

Sounds like a bunch of complainers on here, the location has always been extremely friendly and the food is not horrible. Most people who complain with such harsh words about food are usually obese or naturally just unhappy with life.

This establishment is a GREAT food FRIENDLY customer service ... Provides the best food in this area and caters to the public as if you are the only one there . I give them a 10 on a scale of one -ten!!!!! Try it youll LOVE it !!!

Ok food but pricy. My real complaint is the waiter couldnt have cared less about his service. He only offered a pop or water refill when we were done eating and that was the only time he came to the table.

stopped in lacey on our way home to get some gas and decided to stop and eat here and it was delicious!!! great food with great service. we sat in the bar and the bartender was very nice and helpful.

This is the best Mexican restaurant we have been to since we moved here! Everyone is friendly the food is great and very well priced. I highly recommend this for anyone that loves Mexican food!
