After shopping at the plaza, my visibly-severely autistic kid was hungry. He could not decide if he wanted to eat at Wingstop or at the greek restaurant nearby. He led me toward Wingstop, but once in, decided he wanted the other one. I asked him if this is what he wanted, and when it turned out he did, we left. After eating at the greek place, he wanted to go and buy wings anyway. So we stepped into the empty Wingstop restaurant, and the young man at the counter asked if I wanted to place an order. I said I did, and asked how long it would take to be ready. "For you, one hour", he said. I wasnt sure I heard correctly, so I asked him again. "For YOU", he said again slowly, "one hour". Of course I could not wait that long, so we left. Luckily, this did not cause an outburst, self injury or other distressed reaction this time. On my way back to the car, I started wondering what the guy meant by stressing "for YOU"; that seemed strange. So I called Wingstop, not even ten minutes after leaving, and asked how long it takes to prepare a takeout order. This time, the answer was 23 minutes. So, this is what the guy meant - for me, it would take more than twice as long as it would for other people. It was his charming way to refuse service. I guess the guy felt like retaliating, because a disabled kid had come into the restaurant and then chose to go somewhere else. . Way to go! Bottom line: If you are disabled or are with a disabled person, expect that kind of behavior in that place. The wings themselves may be the best or the worst on the planet, or most likely, just mediocre (I didnt get the chance to taste them), but the mean, unkind, vengeful attitude leaves a very bitter taste. I suspect you want to spend your money on more worthy businesses.

Place was a mess! Almost none of the tables where cleaned off and the bathroom was nasty! I recently went into this location and brought a friend of state here. When we got to pay I pulled out a gift card that was given to me by a family member from my birthday. I was all excited for my friend and I to enjoy this meal with a pitcher of beer as well. "Oh, Im sorry we cannot take this form of payment". I asked well it is your gift card right? Is there a way to put this manually? She answer ." No we have had a lot of people angry cause they couldnt use their gift cards.". I answered yeah I understand why they are angry, you would think of a store provides gift cards specifically for your establishment you would have another way to pay with that card. I used to love to come here. Service has went down substantially, especially their customer service. The food was good though as usual. We ordered a pitcher of beer and the 30 piece combo that doesnt come with a drink! We had the Louisiana rub, mango habanero, and classic. Good food + bad service + dirty place + cant even use my gift card = not going to refer anyone here! Look on the reviews on Yelp. All say the same thing! Bad service and very very messy!

Wing dome is amazing if youre looking for really meaty, white-meat chicken breast type of wings. If youre a big fan of thick breading, like Buffalo Wild Wings - where you can barely tell theres chicken in there sometimes... then you might not like this. They have a diverse selection of sauces from classic "hot" buffalo, to cajun (which is kind of a rub/sauce mixture), to teriyaki, parmesan garlic and BBQ, among others. I like the normal hot buffalo, though. Their blue cheese is really good, too. Its rich, chunky, and creamy! The location isnt somewhere Id personally want to sit down and hang out in... Its in a strip mall with frozen yogurt and grocery stores. Just not the ambiance Id expect for wings and beer. Its never been busy, but its also a little small in there and maybe a little claustrophobic. So, I usually get them to go. However, when I do this, the sauce soaks into the wings... so definitely get extra on the side (or maybe even order them not sauced, with all the sauce on the side) if you go this route.

Ive been here a couple times and am usually a huge fan of wingstops. However this specific location is poorly run as instanced by two major examples. During the last Super Bowl they had no control on when people placed pick up orders so they were added to the queue as soon as you arrived at the store. Having placed an order to get the wings an hour and a half before the game, I arrived to be told it would be an hour wait and possibly more. I was one of the lucky ones that actually got back to see the start of the game. Today I went to the store and got a pickup delivery. When I got home I realized that they got half my order wrong and called to see if I could get a partial refund. I was told that I would have to return to the store (45 minute round trip) and all they could do was trade out the wings. So my options were either enjoy half my wings and pay for wings that I dont even like, or drive back 45 minutes to pick up my other ones. If you can avoid this wingstop please do.

The quality of the sauces seems to fluctuate, so its not always the best, but in general, I havent had an issue with the wing itself. Theres a roll of paper towels on the front counter that you can stock up before digging into the wings. As for the sauces, they change up what they offer from time to time, sometimes having limited time sauces to try along with their normal stock. If youre going for extreme spiciness, this isnt the place for it. The spiciest flavor, atomic, is one of those sharp hits that quickly fades away. I had no trouble eating them, though your mileage may vary depending on your tolerance. I find their dryer rubs, like lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, to be one of their best.

Happened upon this spot just as they opened on a Sunday morning. We are, or rather were, die hard BWW fans but this place was pretty dang good. We liked that the wings were not swimming in sauce making us look like an 8 month old eating a jar of prunes. Their mild sauce is pretty mild and we got bone in which were pretty meaty. What totally won me over was their Blue Cheese dip....that was some good stuff. I would drink that if at all possible. The fries remind me of the fries you used to get at the bowling alleys years ago...fresh cut, little soggy to them...mmmm. Be sure to call ahead for your order if you are short on time. We took ours to go. Will give them another go soon!

The wings are great here! They come at a very reasonable price with a variety of sauces and flavors to choose from. The ordering process is simple and easy to understand. While the food is great, I find the physical restaurant needing some improvement. First of all, there are no trash cans. You just stack your trash on your tray for it to be taken away, something thats not usually heard of at fast food restaurants, and was confusing on my first visit. Also, there restaurant is freezing cold, so bring a sweater if you plan to go there.
