Employee taking order (inside counter) seemed out of sorts, possibly intoxicated by the repetitive questions about the order he kept asking, but what I ordered wasnt what he was asking about, he just seemed lost. There were 3 employees standing by the pop machine, talking and refilling employee cups, but lingering in front of the machine much longer than needed as there were several customers behind them trying to get their drinks as well. The food was poorly put together, broken tortillas on all 3 soft burritos in my order, ingredients poorly distributed, Chicken was only in a small portion of the burrito. The crispy burritos in my order were overcooked to the point of being inedible. The mexi nuggets were cold and stale, presumably from not being cooked recently, rather sitting and waiting for a sucker (me) to order the substandard product. Sadly we were home before knowing what a mess the order was, but the in restaurant experience was so terrible that we just wanted out as soon as food was in our hands. Never returning to this location again. They gave Taco Time a bad name.

Horrible!! I tried Taco Time for the first time tonight. I ordered a crisp burrito (bean) and there wasnt any cheese in it. The beans were dry and terrible. The fries/tots were way overcooked. The outside was super crispy and the inside was nonexistent. The chicken burrito that my husband got must have had a pound of sour cream in it which completely overpowered the burrito. Ive had better meals at Taco Bell. Awful. Ive never been compelled to give a restaurant such a poor rating, but Taco Time truly earned it.

Very disappointed tonight. Ordered two crisp beef burritos and two mexifries. Wanted 3 sourcream ranches. I must dip my burrito in the ranch then the hot sauce. They forgot the ranch and the mexifries were soggy. Very undercooked. Also one of the burritos was chicken. Wth. I would rather wait for the tots to be fully cooked, rather than them to be rushing. Very dissapointed.

This franchise claims to only use the best natural ingredients that the Great Pacific Northwest has to offer. Taco Time has absolutely no concept what Mexican Food is much less how to prepare it. I know Mexican Food..I studied Mexican food and Taco Time is not only disappointing but often revolting..

Ordered a chicken tostado salad and the order taker entered beef, didnt catch the error, therefore, received wrong order and didnt have time to go back and get the order corrected. Been at this location numerous times and first time the order was wrong.

Always friendly. They always accommodate my special requests. I especially like when Jazmyn is working. But I have to say thanks to josslyn, she was really on top of things last time I came in. Good job ladies!!

Since the remodel the service has been lacking and there are long lines. They have mixed up my order at least 2 times. Disappointing! I hope it gets better since this was one of my favorite places.

The Wheat/Gluten Free options are a little sparse, but the burrito bowls are delicious. The habanero sauce is delicious. It may be a little too hot for some, but I enjoy it.
