Hostess Gayle was dismissive, server Makayla was presumptuous, she combined some of our food on one plate without asking if we wanted to share. She did not make sure we had everything we needed. Makayla thought it was okay to spill water from a glass next to my husband on the floor and just leave it there, with no attempt to clean it up. We had every intention of ordering dessert for everyone, Makayla asked if we needed refills on our drinks and then brought back the bill. Never was there a chance to order dessert so we just assumed that she wanted us gone, we got our dessert from Cold Stone Creamery instead. I dont know, maybe she wanted us gone because we found hair cooked onto the smoked sausage I found while cutting it up for my 3 yo. I have been to this location before and it was a pleasant experience. But this visit left such a bad taste in my mouth I will just have to travel next time I want IHOP. Too bad a team is only as strong as their weakest member. I have more complaints from this visit but, I digress.

I was at the IHOP the same time Nikyyta (review below) and would like to chime in.Makayla was our server as well and she was pleasant and attentive. Nikyyta, on the other hand was arrogant, rude, unpleasant. She was the kind of customer that makes a breakfast hard to stomach. If a server seems to want you to leave, there is probably a reason for it. Oh, and a bit of advice for you Nikyyta, dont order dessert for breakfast. Lay off the ice cream and drop about 200+ pounds. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and a positive attitude.

Surprisingly enjoyable! Ive had the IHOP experience a number of times at other locations and usually had left disappointed from the meal. This place is diffrent were it counts. I had enjoyed the quality of the meals preparation. Hash browns were crisp, the eggs were cooked as requested, and the german crepes were perfect. The coffee isnt bad either. Only 4 star because the service was less than attentive. My water was never refilled. Will return.

This is easily the best IHOP location Ive been to. Its new and clean, the servers have all been excellent, and their chefs cook breakfast PERFECTLY. I know that sounds like a small compliment. But you dont understand, their food has been perfect every time Ive eaten there. If I could give their cooks a 6th star I would.

The waitress was supurb, but the food was of poor quality. I ordered 2 medium poached eggs, one was well done and the other too runny. Not sure how that happened, but I have always believed that the true skill of a chef is in poaching eggs.

Waited 20 minutes for my check in that time i asked waitress many times for it was ignored, than finally 20 mins later she brings it and says i could of went to the front....first and last time going to this place! Price was good though

This is a great and reasonable place to eat. We are seniors and love the 2 for 1 dinners. Breakfast meals cannot be beat. My wife and I over this place. The service is great and the food is delicious. !!!!!!NOW THEY HAVE WIFI!!!!!
