My Advice... NEVER buy chicken from this KFC on Backlick Road. We bought a bucket here today and paid a bit over $26 for it. We couldnt eat it. I was about to toss the whole bucket out but decided to call the store manager to stress my disatisfaction with what tasted like some type of warm meat. The chicken literally had no flavor. Ive never eaten anything like it. I would have rather eaten canned dog food thats how bad it was. The first piece I bit into was BLACK inside. Not actually burned, but diseased looking. I was shocked. I spit it out and grabbed another piece, but pulled the skin off of it as I didnt want anymore surprises. It was super greasy and tasteless. My husband said the same thing, tasteless, and greasy. If it didnt look like the chicken it was, if I had eaten it blindfolded, I would have never guess it was chicken. It was disgusting. I then tried to call the store manager, and made about 30 attempts throughout the day. No one answered!! It would go directly into a fax machine sound. I then called a different KFC in Kingstowne and that store manager said as long as I returned the chicken to their store on Backlick Road, with a receipt, they would have to refund me. I then read the reviews here, and competely agree with everyone. What they are trying to pawn off as edible chicken, tastes more like what Road Kill may taste like. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or Money at this backlick franchise. Stay away unless you enjoy tasteless, greasy, diseased-looking meat. Its Gross I tell you. Horrid! Tomorrow, I marching myself in there and getting my $$ back, that is for certain!

very disappointed, no one at the counter to take my order waited for at least 5 minutes before the lady came out from the bathroom, no welcome no smile, while waiting for her, the lady serving the drive through going back and forth didnt even say Hi, or someone will be with you shortly, than the lady in the counter said stupid to the drive through lady. i was like waw, bathroom nasty even though the sign says that it is taken care of every 30 minutes, but i did not dare to say anything. i do not recommend, i like KFC and happy other stores are way better than that serving customer and representing the brand.

they had good customer service, I had an issue with my order, and the male manger came and straighten everything out. They were friendly and fast. You are coming to a fast food restaurant knowing there are going to be issues, if you want to complain complain to a 5star restaurant not a fast food chain there going to have issues with chicken, yes there chicken can be dry but it doesnt mean that everything is bad. But in the end my chicken was good and my mashed potatoes were good as well.

Just picked up a 16 piece Holiday feast for my family with my 30.99 coupon. I had to wait for fresh chicken but the young guy gave such great customer service it made up for it. Half original and half grilled with all the fixings. I had called only a few minutes ahead of time and this same guy was also very kind and gave great customer service. Goes a long way in my book. Will def visit this location again!!

I would give this location a zero if I could. I get 100% of the time TERRIBLE food - and I mean bad. Yesterday I ordered the To Go - one potato had huge BLACK spots all over it, one baby tender and one piece of fried gristle. Horrible - had to call the health department on them once for serving month old food. Stay away from here - go to Annandale it is primo!

This KFC used to have very fast service, but the last two times Ive gone through the drive through Ive had to park and wait for food to be cooked. Last time I waited over 5 minutes for potato wedges. The person who brought them out wasnt apologetic. They also forgot the sauces we asked for.

I dont know why this kfc have so many bad reviews.. Ive been going to this location for years whenever I craved for chicken and coleslaw. I never have any bad experience or bad tasting chicken.

One of the nicest guy I have ever met..The manager Majid handled me professionally and he has such a great fresh food whenever hes working! You should definitely go there when hes working!

The drinks here are nasty. Is that tea? The tea has no taste and taste like bland water. The lemonade is overly sweet. What kind of tongue for taste do these people have?

I live close to this KFC but drive to Annandale to avoid it. The chicken is always dried out, they screw up orders, and the place has a horrible smell.
