Came in on 5/17/2017, through the drive through for breakfast. Ordered a meal, I ended up going to work, noticing that my order was incorrect. I called and spoke with a young lady name Iesha, and she told me to come in and that they would correct the mistake. I came in, and was greeted very nicely, and she gave me my correct meal, and even offered a new sandwich instead of the one that I had that was cold. I told it was fine. She gave me a chick-fil-a gift card, which was very nice! And one thing that I liked was that they trust their customers enough that they didnt even have to check my receipt, but they believed that I was telling the truth about my order! Such a wonderful trait to have for a restaurant. I will continue to go to this restaurant. Thank you Iesha!

The service is 1st class, the food is great except for one item. Dont order the strips unless you can request that they cook them longer. they are extremely soggy and not palatable. I informed the store of the problem, mine was to go this time so they claim that they dont travel well in the cartons they use. Mental note they are soggy even if you order them to dine in. Go for the nuggets or sandwich. I will continue to frequent this restaurant. Other fast food establishments could use their training manuals on customer service, and the importance making sure each order is accurate and in the bag. Keep on doing what you do Chick-Fil-A!!!!!

Would give 3.5 if I could. This place is literally ALWAYS crowded. If you can find a table consider yourself very lucky. Though it stays crowded, they serve customers quickly and efficiently. Also getting in and out of the shopping center can be impossible at times, especially during lunch and dinner hours. The food is consistent though. What youd typically expect from chikfila. Friendly staff, always well stocked, and always very clean, which is impressive for how crowded they always seem to be.

This Chick-fil-A is on point. Every single person who works there has always been kind, courteous, and attentive. Dont let the long lines fool you. Even with 20 people in line ahead of you (inside) youll still be out of there in under 10 minutes. I go on my lunch break frequently and I have no problem having larger orders filled or getting in and out in a reasonable amount of time, even when its jammed. These employees walk the talk.

Since day one, this store, its operator, and all its staff have been over-accommodating, polite, and have exceeded all expectations that one would have with "fast food". The restaurant is always clean. The food is fantastic, hot and fast....Always... Love, love love, the sweet tea. Cant say enough good things about Joe, and his staff. He will be missed. Thanks Joe for good times, good people, and good food.

I like the milkshakes very much. Delicious! Also like the chicken salad. Chicken nuggets are fine, I mean really, its fried chicken sooooo. Although theres always a line, it goes fast. Servers are friendly and polite. Food is good although I find their waffle fries limp and unappealing. They are never crisp, hence the 4 star rating. Otherwise good alternative to a burger fast food restaurant.

I cant deny that something in their chicken makes it addictive and usually there is long line through the drive through which is a testament to their food u suppose. This location is annoying however as it is one of the few I know in the area that is not a stand alone site. It is in a busy strip mall with an entrance that circles around back that can be hard to find your first time there.

I cant stand how Chick-fil-A does their drive through. I think they think having a person stand outside and take your order is better for the line and customer service but its not. The line moves faster with people just talking at the intercom. If I wanted to be nice and talk to someone, Id go inside. Obviously the non people persons go through the drive through to talk at the intercom.

The couple times Ive been, its been really busy and taken forever to order (both in store and drive-thru). The nuggets and fries are good, plus the milkshakes are thick and creamy, but during lunch and dinner times, it just takes too long for "fast food". The "non-popular" times are probably much better for not waiting in lines, but Im usually not hungry then and more unlikely to go.

UPDATE!!!! #BringingBackTheBBQ #AllSmiles What GREAT Customer Service :-) Chick fila is KNOWN for their excellent customer service..and of course keeps me coming back. I was just very disappointed when this new Smokehouse BBQ Sauce launched. Its wayyy too tangy. And now I dont even get sandwiches anymore. It doesnt taste good. I miss the ORGINIAL bbq sauce :-(

I had a good experience except for when I paid for my food at the register the cashier ELIZABETH was rude she rolled her eyes had an attitude and did not say my pleasure when i said thank you and then was rude again when I asked for more sauces. Ive never seen anyone in a bad mood working in chic fil a I strongly think she shouldnt be working on the register.

I have been coming to this location every morning while our dog is getting radiation. These folks are very courteous and I always have a pleasant experience. They attend to my special order (Chicken muffin w/ no egg and no cheese and keep the plastic off all my stuff). Keep our oceans clean people!!! Chic fil A will help if you ask them to!

Artisanal was a pleasant surprise while visiting Banner Elk. Superlatives: food, service, and ambience. Negatives: too far from home to enjoy routinely. Mega rich arrive by chopper but, alas, not an option for me. Creative and tasty creations from locally sourced suppliers as much as possible.

Service for military appreciation day was amazing. Although the line was out the door they did an excellent job of making the wait time less than a normal lunch hour at any Chic-fil-a Ive ever been too. Thank you so much for appreciating our service.

Visited here during the lunch rush on a weekday. Although the line wrapped around the inside of the building, the staff handled the crowd well and were polite and courteous. Pro tip: you can trade in the prized on a kids meal for an ice cream!

Great Chik-Fil-A, fast service, food was fine, and place is clean. they have stool seating in the restaurant as well as some outdoor tables. Staff very friendly (as is normal for this chain), and very diverse (as is normal for this area).

Always fast and accurate service at this location. The line can overflow and often they have people outside taking your order in advanced to keep things moving. I order my waffle fries without salt and so far they havent let me down.

Food is good. I come here regularly and i can definitely say that service here isnt up to chick-fil-a standards. Dining room hosts have disappeared, meaning you have to beg an already busy employee for anything you need.

I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. After I asked them about my food after 20 minutes they gave me my food and said sorry. Did not understand the reason where everyone else was getting their food in 10 minutes max.

This place should be a model for all food establishments workers. I think they make everyone that works there drink special water to make extra nice. In any case, it awesome to have pampered service in a fast food joint.
