Took my mom here for her birthday today, it was awful! The waiter got my drink order wrong twice none of my family got refills till we got our food almost 2 hours later, the manger that helped bring the food out put it at the empty table in front of us and we had to get up and get it ourselves, my 3 year old and my 2 year old got theyre food last (all it was, was hotdog and fries) then the manager walked away as we were explaining our complaints he told us that was the best waiter they have and they are busy, mind you in the whole restaurant they only had 5 tables including ourselves, also when we asked for the number to corporate or the owners email they told us not to worry with it and we told his yea this is awful service he told us to go somewhere else so we didnt even take a bite of our food and walked right out! Never in my 25 years have I had service this awful! We will never go here again. I put one star on the review because it wont allow me to put none! Highly disappointed in this restaurant!

Terrible experience. It was very quiet, it was just us and one other table in the whole restaurant, yet the service we got still seemed distracted, impersonal, and like they didnt care about us. When we finally got our food, it was disgusting. Im not picky at all with my food, Ill eat just about anything, but I couldnt get far into this meal. The taste was bland and snotty, the texture was slimy and gross, even the rice was bad. I didnt know you could screw rice up that bad until I went here. Waste of time and money. Even the atmosphere was tacky. It looked like a primary school cafeteria that had been decorated for the theme of Mexican. A few good paintings there do stand out, but the overall atmosphere just doesnt work.

Great service. Clean. But they use American cheese in place of real fresh white Mexican cheese that Im used to in authentic Mexican food. We were visiting from out of town from the mid-Hudson valley in NY where we are blessed to have access to many different authentic cuisines, but if I ever eat at this restaurant again, I would order everything with "no cheese". Spoke to the owner and he was very nice. He said hebeen there for 20 years and thats what his customers like. I must assume that they just dont know any better. On the plus side, the prices were very reasonable, but Id rather pay more for more authentic food.

Ive been looking for a delicious restaurant since my favorite one closed down, and I found it! The service is friendly and their food is cooked very well. I got the fajitas casa Blanca (shrimp and breaded talapia) and it wasnt over cooked and had great flavor! They also have great margaritas! I get my with hot sauce and fresh jalapeños in it! The prices are perfect too!

First time ever eating here and I must say I will for sure be returning! The service was absolutely amazing!!! They were all so nice and friendly. We were treated so good here! And the food, oh my the food was delishous hot and fresh!! I will be coming back very soon!!! Love me some Mexican food KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS :-)

Ate here for lunch with my family. Food arrived quickly and was delicious! Wasnt too busy and the atmosphere was nice. Waitresses were helpful. They werent as enthusiastic out talkative as most waitresses, but I believe thats because English isnt their native language. The experience was very pleasant and would eat here again!

Absolutely delicious , Ive been here over 20 times and have never had an issue . Odd but their fountain sprite is I think the best in town and lets not forget the giant margarita that is sure to warm you up !! ...... All in all great!!

Great food and value! We had the carne asada and Jalisco especial. For dessert we had Churros. Kids had quesadilla and hot dog. Staff is very attentive too.

They have awesome chips and a good enchiladas. Ive only eaten their once but I really liked it. I love the fresh chips, salsa and queso they offered. Yum!
