This was a terrible place to eat. Mind you the food wasnt bad, it was the service that was horrible. The hostess who sat us stormed ahead and seated us in a very cramped table, and when we asked for a booster for our son, she never brought it, forcing me to go hunting for one. The waiter was polite but clearly had no clue what he was doing. He served my beer to our two year old son, almost twenty minutes after we ordered our drinks. I also ordered a chicken and beef fajita, which he served only half of the dish before the rest of it was ready, or my fiances meal was ready. By the time I was able to actually eat my food, it was cold. My fiances meal was similarly also served cold. To say that we will not be returning there is an understatement.

The wait staff was incredibly rude, we were never asked for our order, we had to flag them down ourselves after being there for 30 minutes. There were very few people eating there and at least 6 waiters who continually ignored us unless we specifically tried to get their attention. The drinks were poorly made and left a bad taste in your mouth and the food lacked flavour. Not to mention I vomited moments after leaving the restaurant. The food quality was quite poor, the staff was inattentive and rude, we tried to be as polite as possible but felt obligated to tip below 20% for the first time in our lives. It takes an awful lot for me to leave a bad review anywhere but this situation definitely called for it.

Our waiter only came by our table a few times during entire meal. The food is mediocre AT BEST. Wait staff innatentive, even when present, failed to answer or even acknowledge simple questions about menu items. Had to go to the bar MYSELF to get water. My husband and I have small children and can rarely go out, and our evening was wasted going here. I cant speak as to all the "positive" reviews here, but I saw no evidence of what they were talking about. The chips, stale... the salsa, canned. Awful red sauce poured over everything. I will not return, and I advise you to pay attention to the negative reviews here by others. They are true.

Came in got seated after 10 minutes, not busy. Sat at our table for about 10 before the server came over and only got our drink order. Then finally got to order. Ordered cheese dip and entrees took 25 minutes to get dip after having to stop the server who forgot to put the order in and I assume forgot our food order as well as this took 45 minutes. Never came back to check on us and had to flag him down to get a box and check. Told the cashier and she didnt even bat an eye. Will not be back to the Hagerstown location. Only Winchester VA from now on.

I was born and raised in Colorado and very use to really good Mexican, this place does a great job. Parking lot is small, but inside is clean, and nicely painted. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very good and they will let you make some customizations to the combos. Chips and fresh made salsa are very good, the salsa is not very spicy which is a bonus for most people. Chips are homemade fried corn tortillas. Reasonable prices and the online menus we found differ from what they have so do not trust the online menus.

Here from Orlando, FL for work. The decor is very nice, service was better than expected and the food was off the chain. Best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. So good that I went three times in the two weeks I was there. Fresh homemade salsa, awesome guacamole and mind blowing food. Next time Im in Winchester, this is where I plan to eat again. Its a must. Yummy. Wish they were in FL.

The food is fairly typical faux Mexican food. We came in on a very hot summer day. I had to ask for water. In general, the service was inattentive at best. My husband ordered a Tom Collins and got some weird pink drink insread. I ordered in Spanish and didnt get what I asked for, which was a simple substitution. Do not recommend.

The salsa was very spicy, an intimidation tactic to keep you from asking for more. The food was mediocre, Ive had better quesadillas from taco bell. It was also kind of warm in the restaurant. The wait staff and management were very courteous and attentive. Sorry, do not recommend.

sign on the building is The Ranchero but its the same great food fast, great service sparkling new menus and menu items can still request our old favs even though they are not on the updated menu just by asking facility has had a bit of an upgrade inside as well

Lime Margaritas for $1.99 were just that they were worth a $1.99. salsa for the chips was more Runie than what I like, it not chunky enough and the cilantro in the sauce was a little too much. The quesadilla was good the price is more than what I expected.

Food is great! But our service was horrible. Had to ask for our drinks from the bartender...didnt get our cheese sauce... also...being from oklahoma (we were visiting family here), what Mexican/tex-mex restaurant charges for tortillas and queso?!?! :(

Chips and salsa were very good. We each had the burrito and quesadilla combo with beans and rice. For about $10 a plate its a steal!!!Both of us enjoys our food and would love to go back! We live about an hour away so sadly cant go back to often.

The food was superb and nice and hot. The complete staff was kind and professional. The mixture of the coke was perfect. John Carlo was our waiter, he was very kind and right on top of things, he was also very handsome!!

My husband, myself and my kids ate their last night. The food was amazing. My kids loved their dinner. The staff was very attentive. The mango lemonade was amazing. My salad was perfect. We will be going back again.

Good Lord yes! Best Mexican food joint North of the boarder. Cheese burritos, bean dip, salsa chips. Mmmm. Never had a bad experience here. Stop by on 1.99 Margarita night. Did I say Mmmm? :-)

Ordered a Margarita it came with no SALT. Asked for salt. Bartender made a new drink and added Habanero pepper sauce. After sending it back i was afraid to order anything else.

I love TexMex and theirs is pretty good. Not the best, but Im from Oklahoma and Im biase. Not to say that its bad in any way. Great nachos and well made margaritas.
