Wait Time: Way too long. I went on the weekend, saturday evening. You cant make reservations, they have a first come, first serve policy...which is strange because similar competitor restaurants (BRAVOS or PF CHANGS) allow for them. So a party of 3 around 8 o clock waited 45 min for a booth. Space: Waiting for the table was of course uncomfortable because there is minimal waiting space. This results to a large crowd of people taking up the walk-in space, confusing the seating process, and the pick up area immediately to the right of the entrance. Tip: tell the host that you are in a party of three or four instead of two, even if that is your real number or request a booth only, if you do not do this, they will seat you in an uncomfortably tight position next to a stranger. We witnessed many couples be sat in odd booth/table arrangements that forced them to be sat next to strangers, and we also witnessed half of those people demand to be relocated in a larger space. For those who did stay in the awkward seating for fear of complaining were subject to an uncomfortable dinner because there is no privacy! Food: We possibly did not order the best dishes that the factory has to offer, but being first timers, our server made no recommendation and offered no advice...huge no no. Honestly, we have received better knowledge of the menu and local favorites by servers with lower expectations at chains such as Chilis or Applebees. Anyway, we ordered, and half of us received bland food, while the other half received cold food. So, we waited 45 min to be sat, then an additional 25 min to receive our food...cold and sub par. To make matters worse, one person received his food 5-7 min before the rest of us, his was hot, but once the rest of us were served, our food was not even warm. It was almost comical as if someone was playing a bad trick. While a member in my party requested extra condiments to cure the blandness, I requested my food to be delivered to me hot. The server asked me if i wanted the food reheated or prepared. I told her i was entitled to fresh food. Over All: I then waited an additional 25 min to receive my food correctly without a word from a manager or any decent attempt to make things right. We will never return. If anything this place is overrated. If you ask me, this place is for people who like to feel important, and spend little money. It is not an expensive place by any means but it gives the diner a grandiose type of experience...when theyre not slipping and sliding on the greasy floor. Lucky for the factory the appearance of quality attracts people, however the actual quality of my experience will repel me from ever returning. My advice: Save a few extra bucks and go to a place like Applebees, youll save yourself two hours and the aggravation of a sub-par performance.

I would have rated this restaraunt with 0 stars, but that wasnt an option. I went to cheesecake factory with my wife, kids, and grandson. Shortly after we started eating our meals the server seated 3 women next to our table with 2 very big weimaraner service dogs. These women and their dogs were at a 4 top table and the dogs were stretched between their table and mine, practically blocking us from leaving our seats. My kids are allergic to dogs and cats. Im not knocking service dogs but my family didnt plan on eating next to those large dogs. Also, several other people seemed to look at the dogs like they werent comfortable with them being there either. We decided to just take our food and leave. I called back because in my opinion, this was totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I spent ~$200 to eat next to these two large dogs. I talked to 2 different mangers and a customer service rep to no avail. They kept saying that the law says that they have to be fair to the other people who had the two service dogs. What about being fair to me and my family? I didnt go there thinking that I would have to worry about this scenario. I will never go back to cheesecake cake factory and I would like to warn you about this establishment. I feel like myself and my money didnt mean anything to them. What ever happened to customer service and satisfaction? I was told by the customer service rep that "a service horse" could potentially be seated next to me if I were to come back and eat there again in the future. I assured her that they dont have to worry about me eating there again. I think this whole situation could have been handled better with just slight changes in the seating and some consideration for all parties involved. FYI, I would advise you to let them know whether you want to sit next to large service dogs or not. You have to take the initiative to voice your concern, because they are indifferent. According to them, you have to create a scene and talk to a manager on site in order to get YOURSELF moved to different location, rather than the problematic party. How fair is that?

I usually dont do this but yesterdays experience with your restaurant was by far the worst Ive ever had. This was the first time Ive ever been to this place thinking it would be amazing..... I was horribly wrong and disappointed. First Ill list some great things. #1, there was no wait! We came in and immediately we were seated! #2, the host was very pleasant and polite! #3, the restaurant was very clean! Heres where I have a problem. After being seated our waitress comes to the table and takes our drink order and explains a lot of the menu to us which was nice, no problem there other than she had this attitude towards us as if we were an inconvenience. So we put our order in all while trying to put our waitress in a good mood with small jokes and funny comments..... not happening apparently. After plac Our order we sat and talked enjoying our beer and waited nicely. Almost and hour later our food come out, if you can call it that. What I ordered and what I got were nowhere near acceptable for the price that was going to be paid. I could have gone to some run down buffet and made something better for a fraction of the cost. My buddies chicken was described to me as "it taste like its fresh out of the microwave " with these thin rubbery pitiful excuse for a chicken breast. My wife told my to try her pasta.... I did... it tasted like grass... we were all kids and we all know what grass taste like.. At this time I had finished my beer, my wife finished her mixed drink and my buddy was also done with his beer. We place an order for another round, no problem. It takes close to 30 minutes for us to get out drinks..........2 of which are bottled beer! You didnt have to go brew the beer.... its in a bottle... their excuse was that the bar was backed up.... Ive worked in plenty of bars to know thats a bs excuse especially when what was ordered was bottled beer. We spent almost $300 in your restaurant and I promise thats the last youll ever get from us. The cheesecake was awesome though....
