My company ordered lunch on 2/19/15 from Peppino’s on Grant Boulevard and had the worst experience ever. We placed an order at 8:30am to have pizza and wings delivered at 11am. The food arrived on time, however, the pizza was cold and was obvious it had been sitting for hours. The wings barely had sauce on them and had a funny taste. We also never received blue cheese, celery, plates or napkins which were requested. I called to speak to John, the owner, and was appalled on how he handled the situation. On the initial call, not only did the owner call me “unclassey”, but he was defensive and wanted to pick up the food because he didn’t believe my story. My supervisor called back in disbelief to speak with the owner and was not only sworn at but threatened as well. The call ended with the owner saying “I’m going to meet you in the parking lot to smash your (expletive) head in.” My company employs over 500 people and we will never order there again! I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life and cannot believe they are still in business..

Consistently fresh and tasty Italian style thick crust pizza. Its a friendly neighborhood pizza parlor which main business seems to be deliveries. Ive never had a delivery that wasnt there in 40 minutes or less. Theres also a wide choice other Italian food options and comfort food. If you live in the neighborhood or visiting friends in the area, it would be a nice walk to this pizza parlor as there is some limited seating indoors and out. If you drive there look for parking on the side streets because parking out front is very difficult. I would recommend calling ahead since all meals are made to order with the exception of slices. As one further point this business is a great supporter of local Syracuse City Schools offering discounts or even free food for School events.

FOR YEARS THEY WERE....they were awesome. Best food, best service. Today they are overpriced, poor quality food, refuse reasonable customer concessions and the customer service is not what it used to be. The best part is we used to use them to cater events at work and have gone different directions. A very big disappointment when you order off a lunch menu and the order is totally wrong as they readily admit and offer a 3 dollar coupon because I cant wait for the replacement food. They are DEF not getting my Super Bowl order. Pissed is an understatement. It isnt like this is a first time mistake. a dollar a wing and 3 dollars is I get back. Pfffft

My wifes family loves to try different pizza shops every Sunday when we get together. They have a few that they absolutely love. Recently, we celebrated my sons birthday and threw him a big party and I ordered from Peppinos. They loved it! I have been ordering here for awhile because I live in Syracuse but my wifes family lives in LIverpool and Camillus. My only complaint about Peppinos is that their is only one. Need to open more stores guys. Preferably, in Liverpool. Thanks for the awesome pizza.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and two dozen wings from Peppinos. It was not peak time but it still took an hour to arrive. When it did the order was wrong - wrong toppings, only a dozen wings and cold to boot. I called to get the order straightened out only to deal with a girl on the phone who became rude with me once I explained the situation and asked for it to be corrected. After speaking with a supervisor, I finally got the food I actually ordered, although again, it was cold.

Horrible experience, take my word for it I was a regular. More than one occasion Ive waited 3x the expected time for my food , like 1hr for a large pickup... At noon on a Saturday or the when I get meals the entree will be completely lackluster and sparely as described. Place is a joke and kids just sit behind the counter talking about smoking blunts til they pass out.... Cool business. I was going there like twice a week for awhile and live .25/mile away so I would know

I seriously cant believe there are so many people on here complaining about this place...It is by FAR my favorite! Ive lived in Syracuse for 21 years and tried every pizza shop- and this one is the absolute best. Im surprised to hear of people getting cold pizza..as Ive always found it to be nice and hot. It tastes amazing and they deliver it to your door in a jiffy! Try it out before you listen to these critics on here!

Poor if not awful customer service, my order was not correct, they were 45 minutes late and that was on an hour delivery, when I called after an hour and a half I was on hold for 10 minutes, ordered half kind of wings I got 4 small pieces, cold to boot, pizza was not hot, and my kids pasta was no sauce yet they smothered it in there can sauce, def not homemade, never again, not Italian at all!!!!

Usually good. This time, the pizza arrived with a third of the cheese slid off. The driver refuses to come to the door, calls, says to come out and get your food. I dont leave my toddlers unattended to go outside my home and meet strangers. Very annoying. After this time, I wont order from them again. We arent lacking in good pizza places here in Syracuse.

This place has absolutely amazing pizza. The rest of their food is incredible as well, but the pizza is unreal. Best crust Ive ever had with a wide array of sauces, toppings, and gourmet pizza options. They are a bit pricey but Ive yet to be disappointed with my order. Try the chicken carbonara pizza, youll appreciate life more.

My sons ordered from there for his family. Always spends $30 or more. Food cold, forget two items, when they got there lost items were ice cold too. Even the wings for his 3 year old leukemia stricken son. Not the first time it has happened. I wont order from there again as I have had same problem with forgotten items.

Oh my god ,60 dollars for ...I will show you . Disgsuting food ! Did not even take the time to cut the cheapest lettuce on the market ,fries ( u say oil with something called potatoes ) . I have no idea how a place of such has a business ! Save your nervous and eat where you can actually enjoy .

Weve been going here for years. Use to be awesome food. Now it never tastes the same. Always a different recipe for the same meal. They barely give two tiny slices of bread with your meal. Definitely not worth the price anymore. Especially since you never know how your food will taste.

Peppinos showed up at the door of my workplace in Syracuse today to give us free breakfast pizza, which tasted great. It was a nice surprise on a busy morning and made my day. I had never tried this place before, but I will certainly be ordering from them in the future.

Way more than a pizza place. There menu is 2nd to none! Everything on menu is delicious and my family and my favorite is the deep fried canolis DELISH I highly recommend trying them out. There catering is number one in all CNY they cater to any event you could ask for!
