We ordered delivery. Staff was polite over the phone and patient with us as we made changes to our order. The gluten free pizzas are quite small, more like a personal pan pizza. The gluten free dough is extremely tasty, just not sure its worth the cost for the size. Pasta dishes were ordered and each came with salads. Pastas were delicious, great flavor, nice pasta, love the sauce, and fresh salads with rich dressings. Recommend any of their pastas. The five cheese white pizza was very good. Definitely recommend this. Cheese has a nice mix and tart flavor. Crust is thin, with a fresh tasting dough. A little too much garlic, but still good enough to eat. Our order was accurate and arrived quicker than expected. Will definitely order again.

SERIOUSLY, LOOSEN UP ON THE PIZZA SAUCE - FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT TO LOSE CUSTOMERS OVER AN EXTRA SPOONFUL OF PIZZA SAUCE? SORRY ABOUT THAT, FOLKS. I SIMPLY CANNOT RECOMMEND ANY ITALIAN/PIZZA RESTAURANT THAT CHARGES FOR EXTRA SAUCE ON A PIZZA! THATS LIKE ORDERING AN ICE CREAM CONE - BUT, TO GET THE CONE WITH THE ICE CREAM, THERES AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THAT! ITS INSANE. IF YOU LIKE SAUCE ON YOUR PIZZA, YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER ORDERING ELSEWHERE. OTOH, IF YOU LIKE DRY PIZZA W/VERY LITTLE SAUCE - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Let me start on the positive, Atmosphere was very nice, Waitress was very attentive, and menu had many choices. But, the meal lacked value and some taste! The salads to start, are very coarse, items could be cut smaller or sliced thinner! The "Tuscan Beef Dinner" was tasty and filling but strange, kind of like BBQ, Mushrooms, and Marinara Sauce on Pasta. The two orders of "Chicken Parmesan" tasted funny and later was determined to be freezer burnt by my wife who couldnt finish eating hers. On the up side the desert selection was vast and looked great but was a bit pricey compared to other restaurants in the area that I have dined at.

Ive ordered delivery from this particular ynot several times and still not impressed with the food at all. I always ask and pay for extra sauce, thank god I do because if I didnt I would surely have no sauce- I actually had to add water just to moisten the noodles tonight. The container is never as full as the other ynots Ive ordered from. I miss my ynot on volvo pkwy, due to a move I am stuck with the one on cedar rd for delivery. Even the one near my work on providence is better. I will not be ordering from the one on cedar rd again.

I normally like Ynot, and this ones my favorite. However, last night was notably bad. Delivery for two orders of wings, two salads, pasta, and dessert took over an hour and a half. When delivered, the full size and more expensive salad was completely wrong. Normally, the Cyndis salad is awesome. But, when it showed up it was an odd mix of pickled vegetables and rolled and chopped sandwich meat. It didnt taste good at all. Pickled vegetables-and pickles-on a salad is weird anyway. Delivery fail on an even incorrect order. Sad.

Went there tonight and wow the service there is not good at all. Our waitress was not interested in the dining experience at all. I thought the food was about 6/10. I think the establishment should spend more time training employees or maybe its just young folks these days just have no concept of customer service. Wont be returning.

We love Ynot and were so excited to get take out for the fist time. Was not very good. I will go in for food, just no more take out. Not sure why it wasnt good, but no one in the family of 5 liked what they ordered. So that wasnt good. Dont worry Ynot we wont quit on you yet, just wont do take out again.

What a great spot in Chesapeake. Ive been there with a friend twice this month. The salads are BIG and hearty. I loved the option of gelato or cookies after. Then to walk off some calories we went to the nearby park and had a stroll. Such a gem of a place.

My wife and I couldnt eat our meal due to the excessive use of salt in the sauce and the tomatoes in the caprese were hard and green. This was a take out meal which was refunded when I returned it. Prior meals eaten in the restaurant were good.

Took 10 minutes to get drinks and 10 more minutes to place our order. They ran out of gnocchi so we had to reorder. They werent very busy so they must be short staffed and on a tight budget. Seems to be more disappointing every time

Have had multiple dinners here and my wifes birthday and the service has always been outstanding. The management to the servers and the bartenders have always been courteous and gone above and beyond. The food is always outstanding.

One of the best Italian and pizza restaurants in Hampton Roads. A lot of options for your pizza. The lasagna is excellent. Their pastry and gelato case is huge and near impossible to resist.
