Ive always been a fan of Firehouse. Today, Scottie took my order, was really nice, and remembered my name from the previous time hes taken my order. (Thats great customer service in my opinion). Carter was also very friendly and even put extra pickles in my bag because he knows that I love pickles. For anyone new, I recommend the Beef Brisket or the Meatball sub. Also, for anyone new to the touch screen soda machine and may be overwhelmed, I recommend the Peach Sprite :]

Love the meatball subs with extra sauce! I have never been disapointed. Also for take out they use a sturdy cardboard material container which is recyclable instead of a stryrofoam non-recyclable container. This means a lot to my family,

I should do 1 star but it is usually good. You guys messed up this time. Burnt meatball and a hair, and no salami on the salad. I could tell it was a new guy. Trainers need to step it up.
