Ordered food off of grubhub (which was probably my first mistake), but we had coupons and figured it wouldnt hurt because HK has nevernever steered me wrong in the past. Our order came and they not only forgot the soda we ordered, but gave us the wrong items. No problem, simple human error. When we called to inform them of the mistake in hopes to get the mistake resolved, the woman who answered the phone insisted that what we had ordered was correct. In the 10 years that Ive been ordering HK, Ive never got white rice. Not only that, but the woman who my girlfriend had spoke to in order to get the issue resolved was not only extremely hesitant, but equally condescending. After several (and I lost count after five times of her asking), she finally handed the phone to what we both believed was the owner (or manager on duty). When explaining the situation to the manager, the first thing out of his mouth was "Next time call the store for an order and do not use Grubhub". Im sorry, I didnt realize that a business that associated itself with an online order placing organization would insist on having us contact the store directly if they have this option for us to avoid that at the convenience of doing so at the comfort of my cell phone. If they really feel this way, whats the pointpoint of Grubhub? The second thing that bothered me is the manager constantly talked over us and insisted us that what was delivered was correct. Absolutely horrible customer service. Its so sad that this business has hired people who just dont care anymore. The taste of the food is not even worth the headache you have to gamble before dialing the phone to place an order, or go on Grubhub to place it. I hope your experience with this business isnt even a fraction of how horrible mine and those around me is and possibly will be in the future. Just dont place the order over the Internet. Unless you want to be talked to in a condescending tone "if grubhub is too confusing, call thethe store next time. Amazing.

Horrible customer service. I purchased food from them and it had to be at least a day old. I complained and the women I spoke to was very rude and told me hk is not a charity. I was not trying to get any money out of it I just wanted a apology or at least another meal that would be fresh because I spent money on food that was not even edible. there is bones and mystery items that look like bugs in there food. It taste like they do not even use real chicken and do not care how they make their food. i have been going there for years and have never had a problem like this the women i spoke to deserves to be fired. The customer is always correct and they do not follow these guidelines. I am very unhappy with the way they have treated us after the thousands of dollars we have spent with them over the years. they used to never be this bad but now they just need to be shut down. You do not disrespect your customers no matter what. Anyone and everyone should do anything they can to see that this place is closed. I hope someone with a little more power sees this so they can do something about this. It needs to be spread by word of mouth that this is a horrible establishment. If I could rate this place in negative stars it would be absolutely appropriate.

I decided t order chinese tonight. I started to get East Wok on Thompson Rd but their service is always crappy and takes forever. I googled this place (HK Chinese) and it was the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. They delivered with in 20 mins of me ordering. The food was hot, fresh and amazing. I have found my new Chinese resturant to order from. I will never order from anywhere else. This place was awsome. I ordered the General Tso chicken with pork fried rice with an eggroll. My fiance ordered the sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice. The food was so good I deleted the other chinese number out of my phone and logged HK in and saved. HK Chinese you are truley amazing.Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Ive been going to Hk since early 90s, recently moved near them again, glad they delivered but driver had NO change no matter how much I gave him, and I ordered Boneless Ribs like I have for 20 years, got a pint full of unedible small bones and knuckles, couldnt believe it, they said I messed up the order, wanted boneless, gave me scraps and do I not tip? I said of course I do but He Had No Change..None..So Disappointed, been waiting awhile to get near them or any great Chinese Food again...No manners, and they steal your money.! Literally.! Go to them direct or dont go.!

A great place to quickly pick up or have delivered the great American culinary tradition of Chinese takeout. You can expect an complete menu of this original American fast food done up just as you would expect it. For even faster service you should call ahead. Deliveries are usually under 45 minutes. They do have a few tables if you want to eat there but I wouldnt recommend it. The dining area and bathrooms are not kept as clean as they should be, but Im sure the cooking area is well-maintained since the staff spends most of their time there.

The girl who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly friendly, and this was the only good part of my experience. They said it would take a half hour to an hour and it took at least an hour and a half. The lo mein was very mushy, and my sesame chicken tasted like urine. (I really hope it wasnt actually urine.) I am now incredibly nauseous to the brink of vomiting. I will never eat there again. I am also debating on whether or not to call the health department and make a complaint.

Absolutely horrible.... They have been given multiple chances! Ordered 2 orders of Fried dumplings plus other stuff. When we go the order it was 2 orders of chicken wings. Called back they said will do exchange give back chicken wings we give you fried dumplings plus u owe us $2.68. After telling her it was their mistake she said oh well you owe $2.68. Plus the food was horrible!!! Horrible customer service I guess there is "no refund" on the menu for a reason CAUSE THEY SUCK!!!!

Ordered from them before and the food is good. However Ive only expirenced poor customer service from this business. From the employee to the manager there is a complete lack or professionalism. The store seems unorganized and even unapologetic about an error on their end. If they arent worried about customer satisfaction what exactly are they striving for as a business. Id like to know that the people preparing me a meal are doing it with care and attention.

By far the best Chinese food in the area.... 90% of their menu items are the best you will ever have! Not a fan of the dumplings but everything else is amazing! The crab Rangoon and the egg rolls are some of the best you will ever have!!! Both are not to miss menu items. Also if youre not a fan of the regular sticky almost crunchy Chinese fried rice spring for the Japanese style... Costs a little extra but worth every penny!!!
