My brother and I have been customers here for around two years and we come almost weekly. We are of the opinion that, besides maybe one other place out in Norfolk, Inland Reef in VB has the best cooked burger in Hampton Roads. GREAT prices on everything too. Yes, it is a smoking bar, so if you wouldnt be able to handle the the smoke then this may not be the place for you. A must try hole in the wall.

Love this bar, everyone is friendly, has the perfect small town vibe. I absolutely love the bartender, Christina. She is cute as a button, does her job exceptionally, will make sure you get what you like and is kind, funny, smart, sociable. Im a bartender too and I always appreciate it when I run into a tender that does their job well. Thumbs up Reef!

The atmosphere is one of the best around for having a good time with friends and the local patrons. Plenty of good eats, like the Philly Cheese loaded with Japs and Onion Rings. Lots of pool tables, with weekly 8 and 9 Ball tournaments. They just installed like 8 new flats for Football season, Eagles!!

Even tho there was a tournament going on me and my brother waited 45 minutes still to get no service at all even though the employees looked us in our face multiple times not to take it there but i think it was honestly because we are black because we were the only two of color in there

Run down. Poorly ran. Too smokey. Crowd is ackward. Saw 3 drug deals go down while drinking a beer. Room is a bunch of tables thrown down amongst pool room... looks like a basement

Super chill place to hang out, play pool, or do some karaoke. Awesome bartenders and staff, great food, drinks and prices. Only downside is that is can get smoky on a busy night.
