Horrible.... I was hoping for so much better. We ordered 2 drinks to start off with, then ordered soup and Cheese sticks. We received our soup and cheese sticks well before our drinks made it to our table. The cheese sticks were bland at best. I spoke to manger and he promptly retrieved our drinks... A bit late but good on him. Then our meal came out. I ordered a large deep dish pizza and my buddy ordered a large thin crust pizza. I had 4 toppings on my pizza and he had two. Needless to say, my large deep dish was as big as a personnel pizza from Pizza Hut and the sauce had no good flavor. I felt like I was eating tomatoes straight from a can. My buddy asked for a refill on his Pepsi and 15 minutes later he still did not have it. I got up and walk directly to the manger and told him we were done, please bring our check and to go boxes. He did. With the bland cheese sticks, one jack and coke and one beer and one Pepsi, a salad and a soup, bill was $82.00. Our server Kylie was friendly at first but after first talk with manger she was very unpleasant and not a good server. I hate to talk bad about server due to it not their fault a lot of the times but a good attitude goes a long ways. Nothing deducted for the ultimate poor service. I will not return to this UNO. As I sat and listened, we were by far not the only people complaining about their experience. Hope this review helps some. Jeff Meguiar.

Had a horrible experience 2 years ago on Valentines Day and thought it was time for another chance, but was disappointed again. First, all our drinks didnt taste right, so our server brought new ones from a different fountain with no change which was not a big deal. There where only 4-5 tables of customers and the wait for any refills was terrible because our family of four all had empty glasses before being approached. Then the real reason I havent been back in 2 years happened again. I really liked the buffalo chicken quesadilla which was completely terrible last time, but this time I couldnt taste even a hint of buffalo sauce. The fireball whiskey bbq chicken melt definitely had buffalo sauce, but the bacon tasted old and was very dry. The side of fries tasted as if they were fried along with fish. Then while using the kiosk it didnt print a receipt which I didnt care to ask for since I never intend to return. Last time I was contacted by a regional manager and he was going to send gift cards which never showed up.

I have eaten at many chain restaurants, but the service and quality was terrible here. I will disregard the rude patrons talking loudly on their phones, because this is not the restaurants fault. I ordered two beers and a bacon cheeseburger, a ery simple order. I was kept waiting nearly 15 minutes before my order was taken. My server was referred to by the other waitstaff as the MANAGER "Bart" but I was basically ignored the entire time I was there. My burger looked like the old "wheres the beef" ads and didnt even have bacon on it. The cook and waitress came out to apologize for my burger. They offered me a free drink the next time I came. I will NEVER eat at this location again. This may fly in Norfolk, but this is not acceptable ANYWHERE else!

Yeah the food is to die for. But get it delivered and youll die from eating it. Had to write this review... Because this is the third time Ive had messed up food delivered from unos... And then when I call back all they say is Im sorry. Ill let someone know this happened... Ah wrong answer! ESPECIALLY when customers are unsatisfied! The only thing to do is REMAKE IT, REFUND IT, OR STORE CREDIT. I always ORDER A DEEP DISH, WICH IS ALMOST ALWAYS SOGGY AT THE BOTTOM AND MY TOPPINGS ARE ALWAYS BURNT TO MY PIZZA... And 4 Dessert. You guessed it burnt cookies! ITS NOT UNOS Im sure... ITS THIS LOCATION! And the people in it!

Just finished dinner here with my husband and our 2 year old and we had a Wonderful experience! Going out with a toddler can sometimes be an adventure but our waiter, Felix, was on top of everything. The little things like making sure all utensils/hot plates were out out of reach of little hands, having our sons meal come out super quickly without us even having to ask, and having his grapes cut in half (which sadly almost every other restaurant doesnt seem to do). It was all great, and on top of it the food was delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a very enjoyable night out with my boys.

I was not impressed. I had the Chicago style veggie pizza, and it was hardly a deep dish. The crust was bland and really had a cardboard taste. Perhaps it was the whole grain crust? I suspect it had been sitting in a freezer that way for some time premade. That pizza was a disservice to true Chicago style pizza. Additionally it was way over priced! I have been in the area for a week now and this was easily my last favorite restaurant in the area.

Cant get enough of this place or their departure dish pizza. They have a great carry out deal when you cant stick around and enjoy your food. The people are great and always smiling. When I brought my child in with a car seat, I dont even ask and the waitress brought me seething to sit her on. Its the little things that make a difference. When you do go, be sure to try the bread pudding. It is so amazing and worth the trip alone.

Having grown up in Chicago, this place was an insult to chicago pizza. Pizza is small and lacked taste. Id rather do the 900+ mile drive to Chicago for real pizza than eat there again. Really, it was that bad. Service was nothing to brag about. Glass got refilled once too. Cant recommend this place and if you thought the pizza was good, youve never had real Chicago pizza.

Watched the NCAA game at UNOS as they were very attentive to drinks; however waited for our entree a little longer than expected . When the food did come it came all at once instead of appetizer then entree. Bartender was better than waiter. Food was hot when we received it however after appetizer it was cold. Result: we boxed to go!

Horrible service. I never received my order so I ended up ordering something else. My Gin and Tonic tasted watered down. I also never received my water & the list goes on and on. I sent back the chicken wings because they were OLD, the cook should have known not to cook them because of the smell. Awful experience!

Family and I came in bout 9pm, hungry and cranky from a long day on the road. Felix was our server and he did an excellent job taking care of us. The food took awhile to come out, but was worth the wait. I didnt catch her name, but the manager on shift made sure we had everything. I will definitely be back:-)

Kai our sever was super nice and atmosphere was friendly. Manager Cami Torres was awesome and helped with our order due to a dairy intolerance and made sure the pizza was made separately with care . Overall great experience and look forward to going back again. Recommend !!!!
