I am extremely thrilled and pleased with the staff and the way things are run at this restaurant. I have an allergy to soy and dairy, and the manager Missy Abbate and the manager of the kitchen were so attentive to my allergies. They came out and personally spoke with me and told me that the manager of the kitchen would be personally making my dish in a separate area of the kitchen to assure that there would be no cross contamination. They were extremely kind and patient. Ive gone to several other sit down restaurants and none of them have been as thorough as Ruby Tuesdays. The food was great, service was great and the employees are incredible. I highly recommend people with allergies to check this place out, because its still possible to eat good food with an allergy and the employees take the time to meet your needs.

We have eaten at this Rudy Tuesdays often. The salad bar is what brings us in, generally. It has always been well stocked. In the past, the service has been slow and the staff not as attentive as it should have been in my book. But this all changed last night. My husband and I went in for dinner. Our waitress was Stepahnie and she was on top of everything all night long. Our drinks were brought to us promptly and refilled before the current one was totally gone. Our order was taken promptly and brought to us hot and in a more than reasonable time frame from the time we ordered. Stephanie checked on us often to make sure we had what we needed. It seemed as though the entire staff was also on the ball. I think they are coming around.....

Normally we have a decent meal here for it being a chain restaurant. Unfortunately last nights meal was more than lacking this time. Our app was good. But my entree was all sorts of messed up. Fish was exceptionally greasy, steamed broccoli was mush, and other veggie looked very unappetizing. Then our dessert took far too long to get. Once it arrived it was cold when it was meant to be a warm dessert. I was definitely disappointed especially when its a $60 bill. Didnt get my moneys worth! At least the server was pleasant and didnt vanish lack the one we had on our last visit.

We went on Fathers day and let me say right off that the wait staff was pretty good. The problem was that apparently nobody told management that it was Fathers day and that they might have more business than usual. There wasnt enough wait staff and believe it or not they ran out of a lot of the things on their menu...even their featured items. The time before that, we got there, three quarters of the restaurant was empty and we still were told there was a 30 minute wait. Management problems.

Love the salad bar! The staff and their service is great here! Burgers are very good. I just wish they would buy better cuts of meat (the steaks arent even close to what I buy to cook at home...and I dont mean in serving size; I mean in quality). I also dont like the quality of their pork chops. And I want white meat pork chops without the bone in it.

Went back tonight after a mediocre experience and had a fantastic dinner. My husband is till talking about the dry rub ribs and sweet potato fries....Brittany our server was amazing and so sweet and attentive. We couldnt have asked for a better meal and service. Management also checked in to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend.

Wow my confidence in Ruby Tuesday has been restored. Last week had a horrible experience at one in New Jersey. This one in Delaware was amazing. Victor our server was extremely nice and food was Amazingggg. From drinks to the food everything was Fresh, cooked and seasoned perfectly.....

The family went out for a late night dinner (2 adults & 3 children) it was us and maybe 3 to 4 other tables and it just seemed that the food was taking a little longer...then I think it should of. But besides that the food was great as always; clean and wonderful service!

The nice thing about this Ruby Tuesday is that it is consistent. The food is always cooked the way we want and wide selection for a chain restaurant. Extremely large and stocked salad bar for minimal additional money. Wait staff is always pleasant.

Ribs were excellent and baked potato was fresh. Our waitress during this visit was the best one we have had there. Salad bar was so-so but I didnt go there for the salad bar. Womens bathroom needed a good mopping. My shoes stuck to the floor.

For a chain restaurant, my husband and I like their food and service, hence we go there a lot. The ladies restroom needs to be cleaned and cleaned often. Many people judge a restaurant by the cleanliness of their restrooms.

It seems that when we come here there are long waits in the quality of the food is only just OK. Most of the time our server is very good and it is an overall positive experience
