Seated immediately told our waitress would be there shortly. After ten minutes another waitress took our drink order. Another group was seated and our waitress went immediately to them to take their order bypassing us completely. I dont want to make this a racial issue but the group that was seated after us were all white and my group was racial mixed. If this is how Ruby Tuesday operates I dont think I will ever go to Ruby Tuesdays again. We left without ordering and explained to the hostess why we left and she acted like it didnt matter to her. I work for a local state agency and when we have conferences we would recommend this particular Ruby Tuesday as a lunch destination well not anymore if this how the treat people.

I had to put a star in order to rate . Worst experience worst food worst waitress, bad manager! Let me start with salad bar was messy and missing items . Mushroooms on bar were black! Waitress had to be prompted several times for drinks to be brought to table . All our dirty salad bar plates stacked up . The waitress had 3 tables total and she catered to a table up front and ignored our table.seen her stand in back talking to bar tenders we had to flag down another server for steak sauce and salad dressings . Spoke with manager because one of entrees had spoiled fish and she offered some more of rancid fish . She should have deducted from bill. . Then waitress looked at use were It was disgusting . Bad all around. .

Lies on top of terrible service, I was told that I would receive a free hamburger on my Birthday. Ordered the Hamburger and when checkout time came I was told that I had to be a member of "so connected". I signed up via my smartphone and showed the waitress the completion code and was told that I have to wait till the next year to receive the free hamburger. In short I was duped on my birthday to buy a burger that I would have not purchased had I known. Not to mention the staff is very rude, despite my calm attitude. Terrible. Never going back

Service was HORRIBLE! I had not been to a Ruby Tuesdays in years, and after this experience it may be years again! Server blamed problems on kitchen staff, kitchen oven, bartender, it was amazing how nothing was her fault and there was NO HURRY for anything, until the bill came and she asked several times to take the bill. She seemed to thing that she was getting a $14 tip as we had to go find her to get our change!

Nice to have a descent salad bar around. Not crazy about the grilled broccoli, now I know. They do have a good variety of veggies, beans, protein, real crumbled bacon, pasta salads and fruits to choose from. I did try the cheddar and broccoli soup and was not a fan. Too much cheddar and not enough broccoli. I prefer Panera for their soup. My waiter was attentive pleasant.

Had he Taiphoon shrimp which was enjoyable. Also had a white russian which honestly tasted watered down compared to one I had previously at another establishment. I would say the difference was the usage of regular milk as opposed to heavy cream but it was still pretty good for the price. It was cheaper so I dont mind the lesser experience.

The salad bar is pretty good for the money. The tomato soup is not very good. The service and friendliness towards kids is very good. I would have given the restaurant a five except I was not impressed with the tomato soup. Otherwise the service was nice the food came out quickly and it is kid friendly

The food was good but the portions were a bit on the skimpy side. Our server was very good. The sweet tea was not as sweet as my mother and I would have preferred and we also had to request more ice for the tea because it was too warm.

Great salad bar, awesome drinks, food is always on point. You really cant go wrong when you hit Rubys. I was really sad to see a lot of their locations close down but this one stead fast.

This Ruby Tuesday was simply amazing! The food was so fresh and tasty. It came out super quick. They always do right by our family, whether there is three off us or twelve of us.

The food was good, steak cooked to perfection. The only problem we had was the place seemed under staffed. Because of the staffing the bartender was are Waiter.

They have an amazing salad bar! I got a burger with the salad bar and ate just the salad bar. Save the burger for dinner. Very Fresh items! Very delicious.
