My family and I went there to have dinner after not being there for for a long while due to a bad experience and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a very wonderful server named Pam, she said that she was new there and she was a breath of fresh air. She was very attentive to our table and our drinks never went empty. Our pepperoni pizza was delicious and we were happy to have leftovers for the next day. It looks like the management is finally hiring decent servers and cooks. We will be back.

Went at lunch time today and the buffet was empty. No bread sticks and no pasta. Waited almost 30 min. and a few pizzas came out but nothing else. Finally had to leave because I had an appointment. Manager blamed it on the waitress. Said she didnt tell anybody there were no people waiting for people waiting for food. Duh ! The buffet was empty.Are you blind? At least she only charged me for drinks.

Called to place an order, they said I couldnt order by cell phone it had to be my hotel number so I happily gave them my name, the hotel name, our room number and hotel number. They said they would have to call me at the hotel number for me to place the order with them. Never received a call from them so off to Chick-fil-A for my family.

Cammy is server extraordinaire! She was friendly, food came out quickly and it was piping hot and fresh. She kept our drinks full (thats a big deal to me) and checked on us just enough, but not too much. She accommodated extras (like extra napkins) quickly and with a smile. Well be asking for her whenever we go back!

Great pizza , I have picky eater and was made to order in a timely fashion. Very good wait staff, that wants to be there. Customer service from a great manager that asks how everything was and listened to the customer. Also a remodel on the seats and tables. new buffet too.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The building is old, but that is no excuse for the rude, lazy, and apathetic employees. The store was filthy dirty and the staff was indifferent to it. This store needs to be shut down!

Very bad service and they have lost my order multiple times. They offer a 20% discount like that is supposed to justify it. The managers have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a wide variety of items off menu tonight and everything was great!! It only took 20 minutes from the time I called it in to when it was ready and this was during peek dinner time. Will definitely be back!!

Well. Never got the pizza I ordered. Ordered it at 6pm and waited untill 9pm before giving up. Thats 3 HOURS. At least Dominos can get my pizza to my house.
