They dont have any courtesy. I went there today with one of my office friend and ordered one chick and one lamb biriyani. I saw a stone on my chicken biriyani. When I showed the waiter the stone, he told me that it should not be a stone may be a spice. I told him it is a stone then he showed me a plate and told me to drop the stone on the plate and told me he will verify it and let me know. After my friend ate his part of his lamb biriyani when we asked them for bill still they werent saying anything about the stone. When I asked them whether they checked if that was stone or not he said we have given you a discount on your bill. The discount was $2 on $13 biriyani. I was surprised the way they behaved. Throwing stone on customers plate on food and reacting as if they did a favor by giving that discount. I think its hell of un hygienic and hell of non courtesy. Dont go there. You may not know if their cook is washing his hand or not after doing potty and cooking your food. There is no option to give a negative star here else I would have given that.

I went to Bombay Tandoor twice and my experience was disappointing. Once I went for shrimp Biriyani for Dinner.Biriyani rice was overcooked and grains were too sticky also the shrimp added in the biriyani was cooked in water with no spices on it.I felt like having frozen cooked plain shrimp which doesnt go well with biriyani rice. Second time i happened to reach Bombay Tandoor for a weekend buffet around 2.45 pm and the staffs were so rude that they did nt allow us to have buffet. They said only take out is possible . But let me ask you then .... WHY did then kept the time frame for buffet till 3.00 if one of your customers cannot step in after 2.45pm? HOW could you judge that a person would take more than 15 minutes for having their lunch? WHY is business rules if it is not for good customer satisfaction and business profit? Anyways not recommended.

This is in regards to arrogant behavior shown by the waiter while I had ordered for a takeaway. The waiters name is Rajesh, who said the order takes 15 minutes. So when I was back at the counter after 15 minutes asking about my order status, he rudely replied saying he will call when it is ready and it is not 15 minutes yet, why are you here and told me to be outside. So I politely went out and came back in 5 minutes to check the order. This time he gives a reply saying why are you here again and I am not supposed to come at the counter unless he calls. Is this the way a restaurant employee behaves to a customer. I would recommend the restaurant owner to oversee such incidents and take necessary actions, so that it does not affect any of your future customers coming to your restaurant!!

Our reception party was scheduled at Tandoori nights, and one night before the reception, we had a very bad experience with the management team there. We were shocked to see the arrangements and the high-handed attitude of the manager Neal Miglani. At the last minute, we got in touch with Bombay Tandoor and luckily they had the evening available. In less than 24 hours, the manager Mr. Khan helped us with all the arrangements, including DJ and photographers too. The party was arranged very well. The team at Bombay Tandoor took the initiative to set up the hall and the tables and had done a superb job. The food was very tasty too. Nothing less than 5 stars for Bombay Tandoor.

Service was friendly and attentive. Manager stopped by the table for greeting in addition to wait staff. Flavors were authentic. Level of spice was not overkill. Good amount of heat that doesnt spoil palate. Had the Butter Chicken and Masala. Both were Excellent and portions were adequate! Loved how the Lamp was kept on the bone and had a little char. Both were very tender. Recommend getting bread basket to accompany entree. Paneer Pakora appetizer was decent but entree was the star. Would like to return and try different selections. Only 4/5 stars as I felt the lamb was over priced by 15% and the appetizer came out too cold at room temperature.

Worst ! Worst! Worst! Non veg platter as apetizer - its full of oil with no taste. Pudina paratha - sprinkle green crushed leaves but as a hard core foodie i know that it was not pudina aka mint and indeed taste worst. Samosa chaat - worst compared to all other restaurents in vienna Chicken biriyani - i think they should rename it frozen tasteless chicken khichadi. Rice were fully crushed and mashy. No biriyani aroma and worst taste. Complementary rice is much better than it. 1 star is only for ambience and complimentary rice texture. Keep yourself away from this stupid so called Indian restaurent.

Absolutely love it this place. Best restaurant for Indian food. Amazing food, great ambience and superb service. Love lamb chops, tandoori salmon, chicken kabob, Palak chaat, Aalloo tikki in appitizers. For main course Butter chicken, Daal makhani, Biryani, Saag Paneer, Tava Vegetable. Dessert there Moong Dal Halwa is best in town. Perfect place to host parties or enjoy dinner. There buffet is great at lunch time. Best of all is the hospitality you get by the owner Rani Verma. Love it.

I just returned from the Bombay Tandoor, and I enjoyed my meal. Unlike many of the other reviewers, I was there in the evening, and there was no buffet in sight. I got the Thali non-vegetarian platter, it was a sampling of about 8 or 9 different items with naan bread and rice. A good choice if you are indecisive or new to indian food. Walking distance from the Sheraton Premiere, which is a bonus to us road warrior types. I would go back.

Last night we went to have dinner. Restaurant didnt have space to make us sit. I requested the staff to make us sit outside chairs which is sitting area setup by them. They made us wait for almost 30 minutes but didnt agree to serve us food outside. Finally, we decided to leave and had good food at Thais corner. Very arrogant staff!! they dont even smile or talk politely. Customer service is not good!!! They are not even worth one star.

Very good. Lunch buffet is $12 on weekdays and $14 on weekends. Could be a couple bucks cheaper but quality Butter Chicken and Naan, which are my favorites. Recently renovated the inside, too and it looks great. They used to put the Naan on the buffet tables but now the waiters bring it to you. The waiters are really generous with the Naan and they bring it fresh and hot!

Food was pretty good but not outstanding. Chicken was the best meat in the mixed grill by far with the others being dry and under seasoned. Yellow lentils and chaat were average, the bread basket was meek in variety but the naan was fresh and delicious. Good overall but much pricier than the quality of food deserved. Go elsewhere if you want gourmet style Indian fare.

I had the worst restaurant experience ever in my life. I have ate at thousands of Indian restaurants and this one Falls at the very bottom of the list. The service was very bad, and the food was even worse. All our food was undercooked. And it has no taste. I would not repeat. In the head waitress had a bad attitude problem.
