I hardly EVER leave reviews and the only time i DO leave a review, is when someone goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations, or the service/product genuinely is horrible. As much as i would like to LOVE einstein bros, i cannot. I work next door to the shop on pickett and almost EVERY single time i go in there (which is at a minimum, once a week for the past few months) they have NO BAGELS. Heck sometimes they dont even have regular PLAIN BAGELS. I always get an Everything bagel and of all the bagels offered by EB i would venture to say that the everything bagel is one of their top sellers. Being as it is incredibly common you would think they have them, they have had them ONE time in my last 10 visits. Today i went in, they had a whopping FOUR TYPES OF BAGELS, all of course off the wall stuff nobody wants with a bagel that contains a meat product (apple cinnamon etc). I have asked previously if Cinnamon Sugar bagels can be made on the spot if none are readily available and the answer i have received multiple times is yes. Today i also asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel and the spanish lady behind the counter seemed to not want to have anything to do with customers and rudely told me no, proceeding to rush me out of the way. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and overall this specific location SUCKS, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND WASTE OF TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This location is the closest from my home and sadly it is the worst. Today I decided not to return there again ever! Our bagels were literally dumped in a paper bag with no serving tray or a paper sleeve. I wouldnt even feed my dog like that. Not to mention there was sloppy cream cheese all over the outside of the paper bag. When I questioned, I was told that bagels no longer come in any serving tray or paper sleeve. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman smiled and said "I am the manager". She should be fired for mocking customers. No more Einstein for me as there are plenty of other much better places that respect customers and service them in a civilized manner.

Stopped by there this morning for a bagel and got some major attitude. When I asked the lady for my cream cheese on the side, she rolled her eyes and gave me a look like, "No, but I will do it anyway". The person running the register was no different, acted like I was bothering her too. NO GOOD MORNING & NO THANK YOU!! I understand it gets busy, but it takes 2 seconds to give great customer service. If you dont want to work, go home, there are plenty of people out there that would love to have that job and enjoy doing it. Lucky for me I have a choice of where I can get a bagel and this place will not be one of them.

Please specify if a customer should move to the final checkout to order a drink only. I stood in line (by the bagels) only to be told to go to next checkout to order a drink only. To have to stand in 2 separate lines and then wait for the drink to made is to long. I should have been able to order the drink at the first check out (next to the bagels) and then go to the second checkout to pay while my drink order is being made. Left without ordering after standing in 2 lines for 15 minutes. A sign posted above the last checkout would be helpful that read : DRINK ORDERS ONLY.

We have a rotating breakfast schedule at work and usually I am accustomed to Panera Breads bagels. This morning I got to sample Einstein Bros Bagels. Im not really sure which I like more. I had an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. First, it was really soft but I think if you toasted it, it would taste better. The bagel was also incredibly salty. The bottom half of the bagel is sweet. Such a strange combination. I think their bagels are ok and probably need to try more variety before I can decide if I really like them or not.

I like the main manager here, but as of lately I have no seen him. It appears as though they are under staffed here. The tables are always messy and when I asked the cashier (Heather) she said they would get cleaned, but by who? They have no additional help for the customers needs to ensure its clean. Id like to also add that Heather is not a pleasant person to have at the register, she is not enthusiastic, and dont get me wrong, I know its a cashier job, but please be happy and smile. Thats the least you can do.

Word of caution...DO NOT use your Credit card or Debit card at this location, especially for catering purposes! They will steal your information and use it for Facebook credits, Uber, Taxis, and who knows what else. Im lucky I have an awesome bank, but do not trust these people! If you must have a bagel, pay cash.

Every time I come here instead I swear i wont come back. At least 8 types of bagels are sold out, including Everything. We asked for toasted and got barely warmed. Coffee creamer and condiments are disorganized and cluttered. I have complained to management twice and they cant seem to fix this place. Avoid.

Havent been here in a couple years this place has gone down hill. Ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado on everything bagel. Food quality of turkey, bacon and avocado was awful. Actual bagel was fresh and tasty. Fountain drinks taste nasty. Clearly the fountain lines need to be cleaned. Staff was friendly.

If youre in Einstein brothers regular then this will be a basic experience. If your new customer and dont know the menu it can be overwhelming as you enter to your right and place your order. Try to look over all the bagel offerings in the glass case prior to reaching the first support person working

This place used to have terrible service and attitude. I recently ventured back after avoiding it for a few years to discover their service has drastically improved. The employees were friendly and helpful and the service was. Dry fast. Very pleased to see these improvements

Great staff, bad management. Sometimes, like today, I just walk out because they dont have chicken salad made or something. Their staff needs some positive encouragement and guidance. They seem short staffed often. I like the food if its done right and 99% of the time it is.

It should never take me five minutes to explain to a cashier that I have two bagels not four, the eggs arent freshly fried, and somehow they dont have pork sausage. A national chain fails laughably at something every coffee shop from here to Maine does without a thought.

I love thier bagels! Service is decent but can get very busy depending on the time of your visit! Friendly atmosphere! I would suggest this as a good place to get your coffee, tea, and or a toasted bagel or sandwiches!

Some of the staff were courteous and professional, but it can only take one person to ruin the experience. One particular staff member was rude to several customers. We wont be back to this Einsteins location.
