This is one of the best Chipotles around - incredibly friendly staff, excellent tasting food, and a decent ambiance with outdoor seating for enjoying the weather when its nice. This location seldom runs out of any ingredients, and contrary to all the recent concern about food safety, I have never once become sick after dining at this most wonderful establishment. Kudos to all the great people who work at this Chipotle!

The food is okay, but they hold up the line on purpose to make it slow. This one has the slowest lines. Even when the line is not long they move slow. Not sure what someone else was talking about saying that they move the line quickly. Even someone in front of me complained. There was only five people in the line and it took 30 minutes. I was going to leave , but had already waited and drove over here.

This particular Chipotle is vastly inferior to others in the area. Not only because they keep it ice cold inside, but also because their current staff goes light on every thing. Having to ask for a bit more on every meat, rice, and topping gets tiring. Other Chipotles dont have this issue.

The line was very sloppy and barely paying attention to the food they were preparing. My burrito was dripping from the water in the beans that was just thrown in without draining. I asked for guac and got a small spoonful that was not spread at all..so glad this is not my local Chipotle.

Being a chipotle veteran, I would give this location zero! By far the worst customer service! The employees talked down to me because they couldnt hear my order because of the ridiculously loud music, then blamed me for the mis order. Then they given me two tacos instead of three.

Other reviewers are right. This particular location is very Inferior to other locations. The staff is friendly, but they make up for it by being very stingy with the food. Stingy to the point where theyre probably cheating you out of it. Hopefully they improve.

Not a bad Chipotle location, but not too bad either. One thing this location has going for it is that they move the line quickly so waits are never that long, even on a busy day. Ingredients are generally fresh.

Below average portion, the line was quick, staff moved quickly to keep us moving, the point was lost on portion alone. On the other hand, Springfield packs their containers tight, just a few minutes north.

My Favorite Chipotle in FairFax county. Manager is very sweet and hard working along with the staff. They also marinate the Chicken longer than anyone else because they have the best in Fairfax!!!
