I would give it 5 star for the service and for the food they offer. I never heard of this place before. My husband and I saw Shori Sushi restaurant while we were coming back from Walmart. We gave it a try and came in. The staff greeted us friendly and let us pick the table. In a couple of minutes we had to go back to Walmart and asked Pepe( not sure his exact name) if it was ok to leave our shopping begs in the restaurant for a few minutes. He was very nice and okayed it. Later we came back and tried sashimi, some appetizers, and some sushi rolls. They have happy hour even on Sunday. The quality of the sushi is better than Sushi Rock or Kona Grill we have (Court House area). The portions and price are reasonable, not overpriced. Nice spot for romantic dinner, happy hour or just dine in experience. Keep up the great work, Shori Sushi.

The family and I had a great dinner here last night. We were surprised and very happy to discover that the owner and the sushi chef from our absolute favorite — and no longer open — sushi restaurant, Konami, was the sushi chef at Side Street & Sushi Bar by I-Thai. We had a wide assortment of sushi and Thai food. The standouts were the sushi, Nabeyaki Udon and Khao Mok Gai. For the sushi, excellent cuts of fish (no chewy pieces); fish was not too chilled; and the ratio of rice-to-fish was perfect. The Side Street offerings were authentic and delicious. We look forward to our next visit.

Wehavent had such a great take out meal in a long time. The i- thai pork buns are phenomenal. Ive never had one so dont know what to compare it to, but the bun was so light and fluffy, the pork belly melts in your mouth, and the sweet and savory sauce is the perfect finishing touch. The aundaman soup was a shock, first spoon was a kick like spicy green curry that I was not ready for, there was no lemongrass in mine but I could definitely taste it in the soup. The naked pad Thai was very flavorful ( ordered medium spicy) and generous with the chicken.

One of my favorite Thai places in Tysons! They have such interesting foods, and we always try to get something different when were here. Weve tried their sushi (which is really good), as well as the I-Thai buns (which are exceptional), Hoi Jor (which is really good but very filling), the Gai Lava (hot but really tasty), Basil Eggplant (also yummy). My husband especially loves their mango with coconut sticky rice! They also have a beautiful dining area, with lots of windows. Literally, if theyre open, we usually swing by at some point!

I went here with my boss for lunch and we were not impressed. Service: Once we were seated, no one came to our table for a long time, so we had to flag someone down to take our order. Then it took the food so long that we had to get it to go because we had to get back to work. Food: my eel had bones in it, fish and eel were not good quality (see image), and the ginger had a weird taste (not sure why...). Sauce was good.

스시랑 사시미 콤보 먹었는데 최악입니다. 비싸고 신선하지도 않고 롤은 역겹기까지.. 타이 음식은 안 먹어 봤네요. The worst taste of sasimi and roll what I have had so far. It was not fresh and bad flavor.

Really nice staff. Unfortunately the Japanese food didnt match the great service. The udon broth was terrible, it tasted like watered-down soy sauce. The sashimi was not fresh and tasted slightly rancid. I asked if I could get it swapped out for some fresh sashimi and the waitress went into the kitchen and talked to the chefs. She came back and said that the sashimi is the same sashimi that they always use...

They have a large menu, featuring both Thai and Japanese food which are both prepared well to my surprise! I tried their sushi which was decent, a few of their Japanese appetizers which were great, like the Hamachi kama for example. Also tried their Pad Thai which was also well done. The food overall is good, the restaurant is a bit small, but still nice. Service was friendly as well!

The food was good, but service was terrible. Went with a party of five, and it took almost an hour from when we ordered, until when the food arrived. Several larger groups who were seated after us had sufficient time to order dinner, appetizers, and drinks, and finish and pay by the time we got our drinks even. Perhaps the staff was overwhelmed, as the restaurant was packed?

Delivery @ office order on phone is very difficult, they dont understand the language and make to wait on the call for long time. delivery time is take more than 1 hour. they do not check on the item we order, before they deliver, they have send all curries without rice and we had to wait another 1/2 hours we didt not expect so bad services.

Was surprised with this restaurant. Wasnt sure at first because they have Japanese food and Thai food in the same restaurant. But I ordered the Crispy Pork Belly with rice and it was out of this world. I would recommend this place if you want some authentic Thai food. Service was great here. Quiet atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk through the door until you leave there is a welcoming environment. We enjoyed long island iced tea, mai tai, bento box and poor mans noodles and everything was perfect. I would recommend this place to others and we will return next time we are in the area.

Some of the best Thai food around the area. Dont let the appearance of the place fool you into thinking its very Americanized. They have some very authentic dishes that are hard to find any typical Thai restaurant. I highly recommend the Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad).

I can understand the few non 5 star reviews, that would be annoying but make no mistake... this place has amazing Thai food, I was very impressed and its possibly the best Thai I have had in NoVa and Ive lived here for nearly 30 years

I choose vegan dishes but I eat from them just because I was hungry, but I cant continue eating! And the staff so slow, bad service. Almost nobody there no waiters! OMG This is the worst restaurant choice I ever made.

I am eating here right now. I had to stop mid-meal to tell Northern Virginia about this restaurant. The flavors are bold. The variety is never ending. The service has exacting standards. Absolutley brilliant.

A great sushi place for lunch with fresh fish, reasonable prices, and a very attentive wait staff! Great for quiet lunch meetings or waiting for your car to be serviced at any of the nearby dealerships.

I came just after the lunch rush @1:45pm on a rain/cold Monday. This place was quaint and peaceful. The food warmed my spirit. The food was looking a tad tired on the buffet but still delicious

Went here for lunch and the sushi was decent but took forever to be made. It was not particularly busy either. I had to end up taking it to go to get back to the office in time for a meeting.

Delicious and appetizing. This place is the perfect place to drop by for thai-cravings. Favorite time of the day would be the happy hour when appetizers rates are slashed down over 50%.
