If the GM ( Amy ) had not made my bad experience a good one this review would have certainly ended differently. I originally came through the drive thru and ordered some breakfast sandwiches that ended up being wrong once I got to work. I called the on shift manager (Anthony) to let him know of my experience and he said he would gladly replace the order. I wanted to let the GM (Amy) know of the situation as well because this was not the first time an issue like this had come up. Amy listened to my feedback and let me know what changes were taking place at the store to help improve my customer experience. Amy also more than made up for my bad experience and I really appreciated my customer service experience with her. Thanks Amy for making it right.

This business does not follow the stated business hours on the door. I work in the area and sometimes go out for dinner late at night. Almost every time the business is closed as much as an hour earlier before it should be. This forces me and others where I work to go to Wendys and McDonalds down the road for dinners and lunches.

All of the staff were smiling and happy while working during a busy rush. Anthony was shift leader and was extremely friendly and involved all of his staff in conversation. Keep up the good work. Ive worked in a lot of restaurants and I would love to have that staff.

Very polite and consistent staff. Not a fan of fast food for breakfast but when I do ...... is always there to get me my breakfast at 10:01am. One time I called it because I knew I was going to be late and the staff said dont worry we got you!!

Seriously, why do I go here? Regularly I remind myself I may be insane. I keep coming here in the mornings expecting a different result. But its the only place I can get a coke lime on the way to work....BOOO!

Average Burger King but every time me and my family eat here thier grease for cooking food in is dirty not to say that thier other food isnt great but for the fried foods they need to change than grease more.

I went inside and order a breakfast sausage, egg burrito. I had more dough than food. I opened it up it was a half sausage and hardly no egg plus it wasnt even hot. Will not be going back.

Although this is a fast food restaurant, food here is prepared as you order it. So you know the food has not been sitting around for a few hours. Food is not greasy, taste quite well.

Its not that i hates it per se. I couldnt eat there because it was closed *even though it was supposedly open until 2am the staff had already closed up, cleaned up, and were long gone.

Absolutely horrible location. Every time I have gotten a salad from here it is wilted or brown. Ive complained to management several times but continues to happen. Also staff is RUDE!!!!

Was at the speaker in the drive threw at 10:26 am, breakfast ends at 10:30, would not sell breakfast. This Burger King has always had terrible service and rude employees.
