Pizza Hut has the best pizza out of all the pizza chains but I still cant bring myself to order from them. I will always stick to Papa Johns because of how SLOW this location is. Food is haphazardly thrown in boxes and brought to your door at least 1.5 hours after you order, sometimes 2 hours. Not worth the wait. For a $3.50 fee for delivery, the delivery needs to be on time and theres no excuse for any deviation from that rule. Hire more delivery drivers. I dont care what needs to be done. Do it. Im staying in a hotel in the area and my friend decided to order lunch for a bunch of us from Pizza Hut. LETS JUST SAY LUNCH ENDED UP BECOMING DINNER because the food was so late. Unacceptable.

The number of problems that Ive had with this particular restaurant are innumerable. I dont know if its because of poor management, or maybe just because they need more employees. The pizza is almost always delivered late and it usually ends up being cold. Once I ordered a pizza to be cut in squares and they ended up cutting it in triangles and then in squares which left me with a pizza that looked as though Picasso had cut it. Another time my credit card had been overcharged after making an online order. I love Pizza Hut, but Papa Johns is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from this restaurant and their service is many times better. I hope they will fix their problems in the future.

Always late and always mess up your order. When you tell the drivers, they either leave and dont come back unless you call to talk to a manager or they take forever again to bring you your cold order. I ordered again todat (has been several years since I ordered from them last) and they forgot the bread sticks that come with the pasta dishes and when they asked me if I wanted them to bring them to me or to leave the bread sticks, I said I still wanted them, and they never did come back with my breadsticks. Find a new location or go to the express pizza huts at a store.

Never deliver hot, and on time. I order and they said it would take an hour for delivery and 15 minutes if picked up, Went to pick it up, got there 25 minutes after placing my order one girl at the counter went to the back to check on my order 30 minutes later comes back to the front, I asked about my order she went to the back again, I left 20 minutes later and finding out she was the manager. 25+30+20 and instill no pizza.

The phone guy was really rude so first I called and I didnt answer becase I didnt know what to order then I called again and the guy said dont call this number again and finnaly I went to call one more time and that time I knew what I was going to order and the guy said call again and I will shoot you in the head and I would never order from that place again for there bad customer survice.

Went to pick up my order, came home and noticed there was no sauce for the bread sticks. Called the store and the employee told me to eat the bread sticks without the sauce because would too and he will credit me 50 cents for the sauce. I asked to speak with the manager about his behavior and the employee refused to call the manager and hang up on me.

No customer service at all. I try to order the food and had some questions about how many toppings I can get he told me no special but the other Pizza Hut had the special and told me that place was wrong. He try to over charge me and hung up on me 3 times over the phone when I was trying to explain myself. Never coming to this location ever again.

Hard to tell how busy the place is but the service is always slow - slow answering the phone - I always get put on hold for a lenghty period of time, and long for delivery - up to an hour, sometimes longer...

It took almost 1.5 hours to get one pizza and cheese breadsticks. The worst part was all the food was boarderline cold. Completely unacceptable. Will never order from this location again.

3 stars for the food, I cant give up stuffed crust. Pick up your food instead of delivery though - it always takes over an hour. They really need to hire more drivers.
