Im giving this location this score based on how often they get my order correct, and how long they make you wait past the time they tell you it will be ready by. I have ordered from them dozens of times, and they have gotten my order correct about 1 out of every 5 times. Mistakes include leaving off toppings, making the pizzas ordered the wrong size, and completely forgetting to cook ordered side dishes. Additionally, they are almost never ready at the time they tell you they will be. They can make you wait anywhere from half an hour to over an entire hour, even for orders of only 2 or 3 pizzas. And even when they make you wait that long, you will be lucky if they get it right! Considering this, Im not surprised when they refused to deliver to my address. Im technically outside the radius of their delivery zone, BUT the drive is literally only 10 minutes long, 15 minutes if there is traffic. I go and pick up from them all the time, but the one time I couldnt because of a severe leg injury preventing me from driving, I made a request that they deliver to me given the short drive to my house. The manager refused, despite being a regular and loyal customer, and I have been despite all of their screw ups. In conclusion, dont order from here. This location is absolutely awful, and I am no longer wasting money for the kind of atrocious service they provide.

Worse service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on line for the pizza. I paid by credit card and received confirmation by email for my order. I waited an hour then I called Pizza Hut to ask when the delivery guy was going to bring my order. The guy told me he couldnt find no order for me. So I asked to speak to someone else because he obviously didnt know what he was doing. Then the next guy could not hear me something was wrong with their phone. After repeatedly answering his verification questions he told me my order was cancelled. I did not cancel my order and never even called before now just to see if they were on the way I explained. So he puts some other guy on the phone that claims I called and stated cancel because I am going out to dinner. I told him he made a mistake and to stop lying on me. I would not call to check the delivery status if I had canceled my order. Then he was placing the order again. Had me repeatedly saying my credit card number - at least 3 or 4 times. Talking about he cant understand what I am say. Im speaking English the only language i know. I got so frustrated that I said forget the pizza and my money better be on my card when I check tomorrow and slam the hang up button. Wish it was the old fashioned phone bet he would have heard that.

This place is horrible. Each and every time I come here, its the samething. Everyone walks around like they dont care or just have horrible work ethics, including the managers. You place a order online and the website gives you a time expectation of 15 to 20 mins for at least one pizza. You come in the store and they tell you, its going to be 10 more minutes. You wait at least a hour for one pizza. Its amazing how bad this place is. Its disappointing because its the closest one to where I live. If you want to save your time. Youre better off going down the street to little Cesars and getting pizza from there.

I ordered a pizza with spinach on it and the spinach was suppose to be cooked into my pizza but instead they put raw spinach on top of my pizza then to top it off the manager gave me a wack excuse about why my pizza looked crazy saying it would cook into my pizza while Im driving home. Another time I brought to large pizzas from there they had barely any cheese on my pizzas and they offered to give me 3free pizzas when I looked at them the pizzas still had no cheese on them either. This pizza hut is not dedicated to customer satisfaction. Stay away from this 1 or youll be highly upset.

Staff acted like they didnt want to do anything. Very unfriendly. The menu did not give the sizes of each pizza, and when we asked the waitress about the size of a medium or large pizza, she said both are "8 slices big". Rephrasing the question several times didnt help at all. Its like she didnt know the difference between an 11 inch or 14 inch pizza, and didnt care to help us find out. She could have at least asked someone else, but all she did was look annoyed. All staff seemed to have the same attitude. Worst pizza hut I have ever been to!

I ordered and it took them over an hour to deliver my food, then when I called they didnt answer because they knew my number ( shows caller ID ) so they answered but put me on hold, so I used another phone and called and had to call twice. Before they answered and when they did they said " sorry we are closed " but when they heard the other persons tone they knew we werent playing. Their service is terrible. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always horrible service... . Can NEVER GET an order right!!!! CAN NEVER deliver on time!! Always an hour or more to get here or never get to my house! Its the 8th time! Stopping ordering from them for a while... 5months later decided to try again today hoping there would ve a difference... no nothing had changed.. 2 hours late!! Had to go pick it up!! They better had gave a discount! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN! Had me on hold for 24 minutes until I just hung up. My dad literally walked in and ordered while I was on hold they barely even answer the phone half the time. I rather drive further then deal with the terrible service and long waits on pizza when the place is empty. Not to mention the wings are never cooked all the way they need to just shut down.

So I walked in 20 minutes after ordering online my order was not done. They were so quick to charge me but never bothered to check the status of my pizza. The place has terrible customer service they do not value business and I would not have came in if it were not for pregnant wife and her cravings. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Never pick up the phone. Puts you on hold and never comes back to take your order. Then when they do Take your order they tell u 15 to 20 minutes when u arrive 20 minutes later they tell you the over wasnt working. What type of stablishment is this? Maybe theres a reason why pizza hut slowly going out of business.

This Pizza Hut is a little small but theres always a wait. plenty of parking I only gave it four stars because you have to wait so long for your food. we normally get it to take out. but you can dine in if you like, This little hole-in-the-wall "The food is good I know its Pizza Hut but it was worth the wait.
