Consistently bad customer service at Corner bakery in cascaded. Staff is just poorly managed and thus dont care. Today I went to buy coffee and my husband bought me a while back a gift card for corner bakery and thought I would use it and buy coffee. For some reason cashier who was checking me out could not use card when he swiped it and called for the manager. The manager tried to swipe it and it did not work. Common sense tells me the manager should be a tad smarter and enter the card number manually but not at this corner bakery. She told me it does not swipe and I told her that we bought the card from this specific corner bakery and it had money on it and to enter the number manually. She seemed irate by what I suggested but did it anyway and transaction went through. I am just annoyed by how this specific location has been consistently poor at customer service and thats why I write this review.

My only cretique about this place has always been that no matter what time in the day, no mater how busy they are or arent the place is always messy. The food has always been good enough and well priced to cover for that but today they finally dropped that ball as well. I ordered an avocado and spinach flat and the two measly pieces of avocado that came with it were withered and discolored. Not to mention that the skin from the seed was left on. I know it seems like a small thing but when one main component of your meal is practically inedible it changes the while experience of the dish. Wheres the manager to say Im but we cant serve that. I wouldve respected that more than what I got. Positives though the staff is always friendly and the location is great.

This place used to be good when Nelson was the manager. The food was good, and the service was excellent. Nelson left about a year ago and the place has been going down hill ever since. The last few times I have gone the food as been sub-par, and the service hit an all time low when I attempted to take my son for dinner last night. We arrived at 6PM to find the doors locked. There were a few customers still dining inside, but when I knocked on the door to try and get one of the employees attention, they all ignored me as if I werent there. They posted no sign on the door to explain why they closed early. Very poor management if you ask me.

Love this place for the choice of menu items. I appreciate the managers gesture when the person who was ringing me up was not courteous enough. The manager asked her to go and get the stuff (butter and Creme cheese of the flavor that I wanted ) while she was avoiding my request to get me the flavor oft choice and extra butter cubes. For that one incident, I chose to go there again when Im in mood for breakfast and coffee.

My wife and I frequent Corner Bakery because of the great quality, delicous food. I few days back the lady at the front register messed up my order, I told her not to worry and just make it up to me next time. The next time my wife and I came here for lunch I explained this to the manager and he was happy to hook me up with some coffee for free, no questions asked! We always love coming here! Cheers

This particular location is understaffed during busy times. The tables arent cleaned, they frequently get your order wrong, they have no crayons to go with the kids coloring book they give you, the paper towel dispenser in mens restroom has been removed from the wall and the paper towels sit on top of the trash can...I could go on. Thank goodness not all CB locations are like this one.

Always enjoy eating here, you cant go wrong with this place. Ive had much of their food and always enjoy it. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because when business picks up, seating can be extremely limited, as I have had problems with having to stand with my food and waiting for someone to leave.

We love the pasta at corner bakery cafe and we decided to travel here to get that delicious pasta we like to eat, while sitting here the food was cold and felt like that theyre running out salt?? The food did not taste good at all... never coming here again!
