this is one of the best giants i am going to walk through a review of most of the great associates in this store and what they do produce/salad bar: i dont see too many people there but if i do there is usually jay, Thomas, and Brittany deli: most of these guys are great. Jake, Tina, and Ida seafood: the only one there ive ever seen is Jason meat: there no one usually there but if there is there one associate that has a red jacket, but i dont know his name dairy: some of these guys are pretty good: jack, James, and Andrew, sometimes Taylor is there as well bakery: the only one ive ever seen is Shelia, sometimes Stephanie works there as well pharmacy: Karen is one of the great pharmacists cashiers: most of these guys are great. Maggie, Pam, Linda, Vanessa, Kristina, hunter, Stephanie, and Erin. Hope used to be a cashier but now she works in the salad bar baggers: one of the best baggers is nick, there also chandler and Anthony customer service: these are some great people as well, neera, George, Silvia, Caroline, alexa(shes fairly new) self checkout: usually i have seen either Jennie, Alex and Devin. sometimes will is there too even though he is also a cashier gas station: the only one ive seen down there is nick(that works at the gas station) theirs two nicks, one works as a bagger another at the gas station, also Matt is down there as well re-shops: nick(bagger) is sometimes down there as well as victoria flower shop(florist): these are some great people. The only ones ive seen is crystal, Betsy and Elizabeth health and beauty: the only one i have seen is Sara, she is knowledgeable

March 8th, 2017 I shopped at this Giant store around 6 30 this morning. I had a great experience and customet service with a cashier She was there by herself and busy with a couple customers. I requested her a couple of questions and she had done nicely and gave me an answerror politely....... I do like the way I have been treated at there. I felt really good all day long and share with everyone my good experience.

High Quality food, average prices, amazing if you get a bonus card. Save hundreds of dollars a year on groceries. Glad that they decided to keep it instead of making it into a food lion. The one problem I have with it is that the self checkout machines are always messed up. They often dont have enough registers open at a time to ease the flow of the lines.

Clean store, good selection, but be careful: some things are cheap, some are WILDLY overpriced. The inconsistency is likely designed to catch people unawares for the sake of profit. This is my closest "big" grocery store and I only shop here for incidentals.

Always clean and neat, and well stocked. Plus very convenient to multiple neighborhoods. They also have a decent gasoline bonus program for cheaper fill-ups, and are located near to many other useful businesses. Our regular stop for most staple groceries.

Pharmacy just cannot get their act together. I live in Colonial Beach and that is a long way to drive. 3 times I have picked up my prescriptions, arrived home only to find my meds were not complete and I had to go all the way back to the pharmacy.

Great store, close to home always clean and respectful to the customers. Wish Coke-a-Cola was on sale more often but like they said that has to be an order from the distributor to happen. Best grocery store in the White Oak area.

I dont find their meats to be of very good quality. Some of them look like they should be in trash instead of coolers. Some of the employees would rather chat with each other than take care of customers right in front of them.

Honestly we love the scan it system. Not sure why other locations dont have it after its been out for years. Docked one star because of how many items were going bad within 48 hours.
