Sad that I have to give this place a star in order to tell the world how bad it sucks. I was in the mood for pizza, but pizza hut (another sucky pizza establishment btw) doesnt have a buffet on the weekend, and I was in the mood for variety. I thought, "How bad could it be?". I should have eaten at McDonalds. When I went in at lunchtime on Saturday, they were having two childrens birthday parties so most of the tables were pushed together into two clumps and "reserved". There were screaming kids all over the place, running in and out of the little arcade room without looking first. It was like being in a Chuck E-Cheese, without the plush, quieter, grown up area, clean floors and better quality pizza. Yeah You read that right. Chuck E-Cheese pizza is better than Cicis. So... if you want to eat grocery store, Totinos frozen-quality pizza in a sticky, noisy environment where you have to wait for a table, then bus it yourself, Cicis is great. If youd actually like to eat good food in a comfortable environment, go somewhere else. On the upside, $7 for all you can eat pizza and all you can drink soda is a pretty good deal. You just have to compromise a bit on your definition of "pizza".

I agree with a previous review that you do have to compromise on what you consider pizza, but in the same way that you have to compromise on your definition of Chinese food when ordering General Tsos Chicken. Cicis Pizza is not authentic Italian or "real" pizza any more than Pizza Hut or Olive Garden are. And like most franchised chain restaurants, quality varies widely by location. Some Applebees locations serve the best burger youve ever eaten, and others serve undercooked burgers on stale bread with hair and plastic as seasoning. Its the same here. There are 20+ different pizzas on the buffet, and none of them are "great," not that I would expect greatness at a $10 all you can eat buffet, but some are good, while others are flavorless cardboard with plastic-like cheese. For what it is, its good, and like any other restaurant, your experience depends almost completely on where you go and what you order. I wont give it 5 stars because there are other pizza restaurants that, while not all you can eat, deliver vast quantities of better quality pizza at a similar price, but Cicis has never pretended to offer anything more than high quantity and low price.

The manager & staff need a lesson on customer service. I placed an order for 3 large pizzas, brownies and pasta. I needed more than 2 very small sauce cups (like the ones used for salad dressing) and was told I would be charged $1 for each. What a rip-off !!!!!!!! Does the staff not understand that if I paid the buffet price I could go get a soup bowl of sauce for my table. Dont haggle take out customers over sauce. You just lost a customer. Time for customer service 101.

I have been here multiple times and it is definitely worth it. A great place for families. The prices are super cheap and you get a great value for $6. If you are expecting a brick oven pizza with truffles and gold foil this may not be the place for you. But if you are looking for pretty good food at an unbeatable price this is the place. All you can eat and offer military discounts. Also you get a buy one get one free coupon for your next visit if you join their email list.

I doubt I would ever go back to this Cicis Pizza if my children didnt love the all-you-can-eat pizza so much. The food is fair but limited (the pasta and salads practically non-existent). The staff is hit-or-miss being either very helpful or unavailable. The tables are regularly messy.

Manager immediately engaged my wife and I when we entered. He defended and up-sold me on their authentic southern style sweet tea. (Very good) Pizza comes out hot and frequently which is what you want at a buffet. For someone who loves pizza this place is always a great choice.

No one came to take our used plates away while we were there, the staff refused to bring a pizza to our table, the brownies seemed uncooked, the salad bar was very limited and the gaps in the bathroom stalls nearly make doors obsolete.
