WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And the pizza is nothing to shout about. My wife used their online order system which assigned her a requested time of 7:15pm. I waited more than 30 minutes after arriving before our order was ready. I was told that they were working on the pizzas when I arrived only to be told latter at 7:40 that they had just started working on our order. I was also told they were going to refund our money, but instead they just gave us coupons for free pizzas. Blaming their business model, "Sorry, were really busy", was the final straw. With only a few tables filled and maybe 10 to 12 people in line, "busy" is not the adjective I would have used. As for the quality of the food, weve had better frozen pizza. Burnt crusts and so-so topping. And the Caesar Salad looked like it was made the previous day with browning, wilted lettuce. After the lies, abysmal service, and mediocre food, I will NEVER go the MOD Pizza again.

Second time eating at Mod Pizza and once again did not disappoint. I was greeted as soon as I opened the front door. Thats a nice feeling and it didnt stop there. Even though Ive been to Mod before Sarah (super professional and friendly) walked me through the pizza process and made sure it was exactly as I wanted it. Cooked perfectly and just what I was looking for. Great job all. *And another note: When I was done eating, Ana (The GM) introduced herself to me and thanked me for choosing to come to Mod Pizza. I had no idea she was the GM because she was also in the kitchen working as hard as all the rest. You all do a great job of making pizza and making folks feel welcome. I do not understand the trolls that give mod pizza a bad review. "Had to wait again" is just not a reason for a bad restaurant review, it means the restaurant is busy=lots of customers=good quality. Im not sure if the individual has ever made pizza before, but "pizza on demand" is a rather daunting and novel service to offer. The timing of it doesnt play out to a restaunteurs benefit. Somehow, Mod Pizza has made the magic happen. Mod Pizza, if you are listening, if you use that in a commercial, I want royalties. Or to say the words in the commercial. Critics of this place have lost their proverbial minds. This is the most healthy, awesome, fast pizza ever. And pizza is my favorite food.

First time here. Emily greeted us with a wonderful smile and upbeat attitude. We came in an hour before close and were still welcomed as if they had just opened! Emily asked if it was our first time here (she could probably tell haha) and pointed us in the direction of their menu and informed us we could make our own pizza/add or substract anything from any of their pizzas. We ordered the Ella and the Caspian, both were delicious! We got the "mini" size and they were perfect for one person. Not expesive for how fresh everything was. Very clean. Emily checked on us even after we had our food. I nominate her for employee of the month! We will definitely return!

I loved coming to this site. The good thing about the place is that its like Subway, you practically make the pizza to your liking and the good thing is that you pay for the size of the pizza, not the number of toppings. Personally responsible and friendly, they help you when making your pizza with options, that is well it makes you feel in confidence when choosing. Great food, I do not complain about anything. I would go back with friends.

Pleasantly surprised and this is now my new favorite pizza place. The staff was very nice and explained the menu to us. Menu is comprehensive and interesting. Pizza was very good with crispy crust. l am not a fan of soda, but they have many other drinks to choose from such as homemade organic iced tea. Also, the place was very clean including the bathrooms which is very important to me. Will definitely be back soon.

Went in and you can tell these guys were busy. They handle the influx of traffic so well. And the guy working the oven, definitely deserves a day at the spa. I ordered the Cooper pizza, first time there. And it was pretty delicious. Next time Im adding an extra kick to it. Overall amazing service through and through. And the Mod sized pizza is perfect for any normal adult human being, lol.

Its okay but not great. Crust is good. Toppings are good. Sauce is so so. Staff is inconsistent. I got a pizza tonight and the toppings were piled so high the pizza didnt really cook properly, it was burnt around the edges and soggy in the middle. If you want good made to order pizza try Firenza instead. Crispy base great toppings and sauce.

Best quick pizza for the price. My family loves to come here and enjoy making our own pizzas. Its like chipotle but with pizzas. Such a great concept that MOD has really delivered on. There can be lines during peak hours but they go fast. Service is really good too. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids friendly too!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! There slogan should be SUPER SLOW not "super fast" we waited 50 minutes for four pizzas! Only three people in front of us. Then one of our pizzas went missing and nobody knew what happened to it! And had to wait yet again.The people that work in there are miserable! No smile, sorry or anything!

Every one is really nice here. They have REALLY good pizza. You pay by the size of pizza, not by the number of toppings. You pick the ingredients like Subway or Chipotle in any order you want. Lots of choices, and all looked fresh. I will definitely be back.

Superb customer service. This is always a go-to easy dinner option. You can tell all of the toppings are fresh and never running low. Also, in a part of town where parking is an issue, this Mod is located in a strip mall that has plenty of parking.

Great pizza. Went on a day they were having problems, didnt complain but they gave everyone a free pizza since the wait was 15 minutes (typically 5). Appreciated the proactive customer service and will definitely return.

Quick, delicious and plenty for vegans, including vegan cheese (Daiya) if youre into that (I prefer no cheese at all). Nice variety of premium-grade toppings and housemade tea and lemonade.

Pizza over at 727°, what else could you want!? Crispy, chewy crusts, DC Brau on draft, and a selection of ice teas. Warm comfortable seating with music on at just the right level.
