JUST ordered from "kings" pizza for lunch for me and my coworker and I will NEVER order from here again. I called with a question and clearly stated the question was in regards to their LUNCH SPECIAL. After the person on the phone answered my question I said "ok, yes I would like to order that a #5, then I ordered for myself a #9. Let me also state that nowhere on their togo menu are their meals done with #s EXCEPT on their lunch special portion. My coworker went to pick the meals up and they told them we were being charged for the dinner portion and that I never stated on the phone that we wanted the lunch special. My coworker was standing right next to me the whole time and proceeded to explain that yes, I had, while the person who took the order straight lied and said I had not. Then the manager or whomever was acting as manager said ok just take those and we will charge you for lunch specials but we have to take a meatball off the spaghetti and take a salad back because those do not come with the lunch. WOW, are times really that hard "kings" pizza???? My coworker said forget it we dont want you touching our food again and paid for the dinner entrees. BRAVO kings pizza, worst customer service I have heard of. I will never order from here again and will actively tell anyone I know to NOT order from this place

I had high hopes and the pizza was okay, but the service was the worst weve ever experienced, all because of the manager. My boyfriend noticed that we were overcharged for the two beers we had ordered so he went to the counter and asked them to correct it, as they werent cheap to begin with. The manager immediately said: "the menu pricing was a mistake and I can charge you whatever I want". He was unbelievably rude and said hed call the police when my boyfriend said he refused to pay the extra money. I got involved, and asked that he please call the Fairfax County police because theyd be more than happy to resolve the situation correctly. The manager just stood there for a minute messing with his cell phone, so I told him Id call the police. I did, and as I told them the situation & provided the address, the manager quickly printed us a new bill with the correct pricing, so I told the police they didnt need to come after all. Guess the manager realized he was in the wrong and that things could get messy if the cops actually came and saw he was trying to make us pay more than menu price. Sad part is it was just a couple of dollars, but thats besides the point...Go anywhere else or be warned since apparently the menu has mistakes and the manager can charge you whatever he wants and yell at you for arguing it.

We decided to try this pizza in Virginia based on the reviews. If this review was based only on the service and friendliness I would have given them 5 stars. But Im from Buffalo, NY and this isnt close. Ive also have been to NYC a number of times and, again, this isnt the NY style pizza I have had. We visit the Fairfax area 3-4 times a year. We are always looking for good pizza. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni with half sausage pizza and fried ravioli. The ravioli was very good. NY, particular Buffalo, NY pizza has a soft crust. This pizzas crust was a little tough. Which seems to be how it is from the number of pizza places we have tried in Virginia. I just want to reiterate the service, friendliness and delivery time were excellent.

Just plain AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I ordered a Stromboli for carryout when the store was completely empty. Employees DONT USE GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD!!! DISGUSTING!! I sat and waited inside the store for 30 minutes as the employees were cleaning the kitchen and you could tell they could care less about me as I was looking frustrated. I believe they had forgotten about my order as they literally cleaned there entire kitchen and than I saw them throw something in the oven, When the order was finally complete, I saw the employee who just finished cleaning the kitchen grab my food without gloves and put it in my 2 go box. I will never come back here again....as the food sucked too.

Kings NY Pizza is a fairly average small pizza restaurant. The interior is clean and well decorated, and the food was both quickly prepared and delicious. I was somewhat dismayed that my server did not inform me the milk does not come with refills when I requested another glass; I only discovered this when my final bill was a few dollars more than expected. I understand that it is fairly common to charge by the glass for milk, but a reminder would have been nice. Overall, not a bad restaurant, and I might stop by again next time Im hungry and in the area.

Great food and value! Kings NY may not be the fastest place to grab lunch but it sure does produce a great consistent product. The pizza is a solid option and available by the slice or pie. The rest of the menu is pretty tasty as well with some quality kids options to keep the little ones happy without just having to default to another slice. The decor fits the the restaurant with a combination of booths and tables, its normally self seating and lightly staffed but its small. So rarely does that ever pose a problem.

Third time ordering delivery from there; they tell me that they dont deliver to my address everytime, even though they do. I ordered a supreme without mushrooms and got a supreme with extra mushrooms, which I am allergic to. Waiting on replacement pizza now. Would criticize delivery time but its election night so they are probably busy. I keep ordering from here despite annoyances because the pizza is actually good.

when in the shopping area, we purchased the pepperoni pizza. Very nice sauce. Not overly spicy nor does it taste like a can preserved sauce. and yes, they can deliver to our area which we tried and with expediency the pizza was here. Thank You. HOWEVER, they forgot to include a menu for us to be able to make other selections.

A modest pizzeria in city Fairfax offering delightful pizzas, pastas and other Italian foods on Lee Hwy. Having more than 20 years of experience, and serving authentic and fresh ingredients in a casual family friendly environment makes it feel like a home.

I go here at least once a week, easily the best Pizza in the area. Its so good that my family will drive there to get it and bring it home rather than order pizza from somewhere else because we live too far from Kings for them to deliver.

The pizza looked nothing like the pictures. It was very greasy and pretty gross. We wont order from there again. Im guessing other reviewers of this restaurant had several beers and/or no taste buds. Belly be ware.

Had a slice of plain cheese and slice of pepperoni and both were delicious! Great sharp tasting tomatoe sauce and cheese. The slices were small compared to NY and a little pricey $ but overall great experience.
