You have to respect a small business owner, but you also have to describe the experience objectively. It was my first visit after reading the reviews. I was expecting more seating, but the restaurant only has 2 small tables. This is mainly an order and pickup joint. The reason for my rating is that the appetizers, french fries and onion rings were superb. Reminiscent of Philly. Now for the pizza. Prices all around were reasonable. The pizza is not authentic NY. This is more of a greek style pizza where the cheese is of lower quality and chewy similar to Paisanos or Kings NY Pizza. Same comments for the crust. The sauce is good with flavor. Overall the pizza tastes good, but if you are looking for true NY Italian, you would need to consider Mama Lucia, Ciros, or Pomodoros. The service here was good and on-time. I would definitely return for appetizers.

Great food for next to nothing! This is a tiny place owned by two brothers, and trust me, they really do know how to make great tasting food (and not just pizza)! I work near the place and since it opened - it became my primary destination for lunch. While its called "Pizza" - I usually order from their extensive menu of subs, burgers, sandwiches and salads. For fast-food price you get great food, skillfully cooked right in front of you from fresh ingredients. The place is geared towards take-out, so there is little room inside for sitting down, but usually 2 people can find a table to sit at. If you happen to be in the area and hungry for an inexpensive and substantial and great tasting food - Lil Italian Pizza will not disappoint.

The food was very good. I ate there for the first time tonight with my roommate and was quite satisfied. I ordered the cheesesteak because it was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. My roommate ordered the veal parmeson sub and he agreed. There are three things you look for in a restaurant; quality and quantity for a low price. This place gives you that. Most places that offer cheesesteaks cut you short with meat, this place didnt. The only reason why I rated this place 4/5 stars as opposed to 5/5 is because I thought the pizza was priced a little too high. However, I have also heard that their pizza is quite a delight so im assuming its worth it.

DO NOT ORDER OFF THE MENU ONLINE! We ordered the spring pizza only to end up with the supreme. When I confronted them with it they knew of the spring pizza but insisted that the menu online is not theirs. They obviously knew about the confusion but didnt bother to clarify when we ordered-instead just assumed they knew what we wanted as a substitute. Not the best pizza we have ever had but was pretty good.

I have been a regular customer of theirs since way back at the original location. When you go in you are treated like an extension of their own family. Although I am a huge fan of the steak & cheese with french fries all of the foods I have eaten from here are very good. Over the past 30+ years I have referred anyone and everyone Ive met to go in and have great food.

Small carry out place, with a couple tables to eat in. Open kitchen. Clean. Friendly family owned and operated. Theyve been part of the community for decades just not all in this particular location. If you want great, clean food. Come here. Definitely a small business that deserves the support of the community.

Its a pickup and carryout place, a mom and pop place and they put heart and soul into the food - really, the food is superb. Great sandwiches and subs. Plus - they make a Feta and Gyromeat Pizza that is absolutely fantastic. Good sauce and crust - its my go-to place in Fairfax - forget franchises - go for the best!!

Id really like to review this place, however, its not possible to place an order for take out or delivery. Calling the provided phone number results in the other end hanging up a second into the call. There is no online order form, or website, nor is the menu listed in Google the menu of the actual restaurant.

This is a little place behind Dunkin Donuts that is really great! Their prices are cheap and you get high quality food. I get a cheeseburger there at least twice a week its that good. Their subs are good too. Like other reviews have stated, the owners are super nice and easy to talk too. I highly recommend it!!

Amazing amazing! Had an exceptional experience. Very good food compared to chain companies in the area i.e piasa.... you know what I mean if you live in fairfax city. Highly recommended . Food is fresh and cooked to order . Oh did I mention how generous the portions are. Best bang for your buck in this area.
