I visited this location on June 24th. Its a quaint eatery with modern flare. The food was good, but the service there is questionable. I seated myself, which I think is fine... a waiter came over took my order, but was not inviting. I ordered the, spring rolls, which were served EXTREMELY HOT (temperature). My entree was the Thai Style Fried Rice- it comes with all of the stables (which I love), jasmine rice, cilantro, tomatoes, scallions, eggs, etc... however, this fried rice lacked the stables, I had to ask for cilantro, I was given scallions and told that the cilantro was mixed in- it was NOT. This was not Jasmine Rice! I answered my cell phone and service stopped, there was some native conversation going on among the servers as they made slight head-nods toward my table. So another waiter who wasnt my initial server gave me a check after some discussion among themselves. The check was $13.01. I paid with a $20 bill. The waiter took the bill, and gave me $6.99, 99 cent of that in change, after I asked him if I could give him a PENNY. That was beyond petty. Not sure if having cell phone conversations are a nuance to this population... will not be dinning there again. They are very Rude! And the food is mediocre. Disappointed

I was REALLY excited to try this place, based on the reviews online and a friends rave reviews to me. I work really close by and decided to try them out. I ordered my thai standard- shrimp pad thai. Easy enough, and hard to mess up. So I thought. There was no heat at all, whatsoever. I mentioned to my friend who said *oh you have to order heat like 1 pepper or 2 pepper...* well why didnt the lady ask me my heat preferance when I called to place the order? Next, the eggs were severely burned, as in they were blackened, and every bite of food tasted like burned yuckiness. The dish was pretty dry, lacked any real flavor and no lime wedge was served with it (which is generally standard with pad thai). So much for satisfying my thai craving...and what a waste of $11. I am still trying to decide whether I want to try them again, to see if by chance my dish was just a "fluke" among normally delicious entrees.

Ive been to this location twice, once to dine in and wants to go. I found the dining in experience to be far superior to the to go experience. When we ate at the restaurant, the portions were generous and the dishes were flavorful. Service was also very nice. Even though we sat outside the server off and went out to check on us and make sure we had enough water. Water is essential if you have a wife and kids that need a little help when the dishes are spicy. We were very happy with that first dining experience and were more than willing to try the place again. Unfortunately, when we decided to order food to go another occasion, the portions were skimpy and the dishes tasted bland, even though they were the same dishes we had in the restaurant. Perhaps their problem is consistency, or perhaps they care less about to go orders.

I cannot say enough good things about Thai Flavors. Chef Krit is probably the best Thai Chef in Richmond. Each dish comes out hot and each have their own unique flavor. I have been there several times and each time I find his unique flavors some of the best Thai food I have eaten in Richmond. I even pass other Thai Restaurants to come here. The only drawback is the place is very small, and you have small tables. Great Thai Restaurant.... A MUST try!

I recently relocated to the West End and LOVE Thai food (have tried almost everywhere in Richmond). Being a vegetarian I ordered my usual Pad Thai with tofu? There were only 4 tiny pieces of mushy tofu amongst a pile of flavorless rice noodles with very few vegetables, no "Thai" spices (only a too sweet flavor) and a dash of peanut dust (as opposed to crushed peanuts). In response to several recent reviews, the place did look very clean.

The food would get five stars. However I havent been here in a few months after two cockroaches interrupted the meal. Went to check their health inspection record and it is indeed a serious problem. Maybe by now they have it under control (Last inspection was December 2014 and there were still several roaches present) but I dont know when Ill be going back. Update 3/25/16: Yep, still have roaches as of 10 days ago (and their poop too!)

The food here is very fresh and tasty. Ive been several times and the Pad Thai is delicious. The Green Papaya salad is also quite good and very fresh. Portions are appropriate size. The servers are fine, but not often helpful because of the language barrier. Its a good lunch stop if you are going strictly for the food, but its a tight little space for a group, or to accomplish anything over a business lunch.

Probably not the "best" Thai place in Richmond, but their lunch special with appetizer, entree, and dessert of the day just makes me happy. Its my go-to whenever Im in the Innsbrook area for lunch. The bright indoor colors and seats are also fun. Ive always had great service here, and the food comes pretty quickly and is very tasty. I highly recommend if you want a quick, delicious lunch break!

Great restaurant and reasonably priced. We go there often and so far have tried almost half their menu. We have never been disappointed. Their food is always very fresh and they can customize it to your needs. Prices are reasonable as well. My favorite items are Drunken Noodle and Panang Curry. The only thing they could improve is the ambiance and seating.

The food was excellent! My wife really liked the Thai iced tea and her Pad See Eaw. She couldnt eat it all (see pic).I had the drunken noodle dish that was a bit spicy but what do you expect Its Thai Cuisine! My wife liked the Crab Rangoon as well.

This is the best Thai food around! The food is great and the the spiciness of a dish is determined by the customer. This is a great place for lunch if you dont wish to feel heavy the rest of the afternoon, but still want to be well fed.

Incredibly authentic Thai. Dont be misled by size or location! Equally important...our server at dinner was extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. From the soup, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea to Panang seafood...superb!

Read a few reviews and went there today for lunch. We ordered the much talked about dish drunken noodles and Pad Kapow. Both dishes were really good with a lot of flavors. I would recommend this place for spicy thai food.

Looking for GOOD Thai food?? I would NOT recommend going here. Low prices match the low quality of this food. Fork up the few extra bucks for a better Thai food restaurant right down the road.

My family and I eat here every year during our trip to Innsbrook. Delicious plates for carnivores and vegetarians alike. The sautéed Napa Cabbage plate with tofu is a personal favorite!
