First off, I am very happy with the quality of food and friendliness of staff. The wings were cooked just as I asked, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was good given it was 1/2 price wing day, but Im not sure the regular price is a fair one based on what other businesses in the area, who may not have as many flavors but the quality is comparable, charge. The reason for 3 stars and not more was the accuracy of the order and issue with website. I got a large order of wings (which nowhere on the website could I find how many that is supposed to be), when I researched on Google the two answers that came up both said 20. When I went to pick up my order, first I was given an order that wasnt mine, but had my name on the ticket? I didnt look at it, so I dont know if that is just what she told me or if there was another me ordering from there that day. The friendly take-out server got it rectified quickly, and I was on my way. When I got back to my office and opened the containers (four containers for four different sauces), I noticed that there were only four per box. I called the store, and the take-out server said she thought it was 19 for a large (weird number, most places its 20), but when the manager came on I was told it is 18 per order. She said I was obviously short if I had 16, so generously offered a free snack-size order the next time I come in (since I wasnt going to drive back there from work). Overall, three stars is a decent rating...almost gave two but was on the fence and dont want people to thing this is a bad restaurant, they just need to fine tune accuracy in the kitchen (and maybe have corporate be a bit more transparent on the menu so far as quantity/description of the food.

Too loud. You cant hear the sound from the football games because they pump in classic rock at a high volume instead. Poor acoustics and lots of noise from diners. Poor bar service. Ive seen more than one bartender who could not pull a beer from a tap properly. No beer coasters instead they purposely use thin cocktail napkins which get soaked and tear to pulpy shreds. Your level of service differs greatly depending on if you are a "regular" or not. Sadly, one of the few places to get a Guinness on draft in Stafford. Management is relatively indifferent not only to the above problems but even in the case of screwed up or forgotten orders. Dine in service is often slow. Best wings in Stafford. Appetizers are fair to good. The rest of the menu is an exercise in corporate designed mediocrity. Take out is the best way to go. Also that way you can hear the game, yourself think and save money on beverages and tips. I promised their current manager I would never dine in again until they fired their incompetent afternoon bartender who was clearly hired for her boobs and not her knowledge of and skill with beer or cocktails. And I havent for over a year and I wont.

Its Buffalo Wild Wings, that should sum up the decor and food, but every else about this place is a mixture of trashy, ridiculous, and poor. To save time, I will just run through the highlights reel. If you ask for mustard, you get packets... What restaurant, wait, sports bar serves mustard by the packet and not the bottle? The service... I watched waitresses hide from management under counters, I listened to them complain about how they could be at home doing laundry, and I watched them serve food that you could tell was just slapped in a tray with no regard to serving size or amount of sauce. Last, there is something tacky about walking into an all american establishment like B-Dubs and seeing a "buffalo wild wings does not allow firearms in this establishment.". The sign conjure up memories of Aurora Colorado and how if anyone had a "firearm" the incident could have been corrected a whole lot sooner. I will look forward to choking down the rest of my dinner while listening to this baby mama drama that the waitress is trying to "splain" to her manager!

Ive always been and still am a fan of B dubs. However this particular restaurant has its issues. Every time, and I mean every time, Ive been here, the order of seating has been off. On one occasion, I had been waiting for some 20 minutes and here comes a group of guys and a gal who gets seated right away! I asked why this happened and the waitress had no explanation. She had me seated right then. Now today, I walk in and experience the same exact thing happening to a mother and two girls. Needless to say Mom was libid! She went off. This problem has to be corrected. Also the music is VERY loud. You cant really hear yourself think. I literally was shouting my order to the waitress while she was KNEELING beside me and she still had trouble hearing me. These experiences wont stop me from liking bww because their wings are so good. However, they may be a problem for most. Best bet is to order to go.

Poor customer service and disappointing food. The employees did not pay very much attention to the tables they were suppose to be serving and I had to ask to just have my order taken. Took 20 minutes just to get my drink and about an hour to get my food. The wings barely had and sauce and my nachos were bland. Was not worth waiting about 40 minutes to be seated and in retrospect I wish I did not eat here. If you considering eating here, tread lightly. Would not recommend.

Almost identical to every other Buffalo Wild Wings I have been too. The sauces are always the winner though. Both the boneless wings and bone-in wings are subpar but that is covered up by the delicious sauces. The boneless wings are way overbreaded and the bone-in wings are usually undercooked. The bar is fantastic, lots of options for both draft beers, bottles and mixed drinks. We ordered Black and Tans and they were great.

The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. If I could give it negative stars I would. All the other servers were nice but they couldnt help me. And to boot, the manager wouldnt even come out to talk to me. I am in the restaurant as I type this (been here for close to 3 hrs) and I still havent gotten my food. Even Applebees would have been better. This service sux!

Food and service was good. the atmosphere was not conducive to talking as it was crouded and there were tons of TVs playing and the music was loud (sports bar, to be expected i guess). The price was great as we went on 45 cent tuesday. that made it worth the trip. plus the service was fast. good food actually made good luch the next day.

Worked here a while back and back of house management couldnt tell me the correct temp of cooked chicken. Needless to say chicken sometimes comes out to tables bloody and raw... good thing its dark out front where people eat their food. Tried to let management know they would kill a pregnant woman but they never seemed to care.
