I always come to the WaWa located at 15 Eustace Rd, Stafford Va, and order my hoagies, and have had great service. But today the service was terrible. As usual, I order my ham and cheese hoagie and ask for salsa on the sandwich. The Manager behind the sandwich area, who was on duty at 1:15 PM, April 14, 2017, states, that I had to pay additional for salsa. I stated, I always get salsa on my sandwich without a charge. Thats like saying you have to pay extra for a tomatoe, or pickles. It wasnt like I asked for extra meat or any item that warrants a upcharge. Her response was the salsa comes out of her inventory. Im appaled at her response. She could have came up with a better excuse then that. I need to find out was this upcharge authorized. There were plenty of items I could have put on my sandwich that I didnt, a little scoop of salsa, which is equivalent to a tomatoe, should not incur a upcharge. Please train your manager on customer service.

Went in on Saturday between 3:30pm - 4:00pm, ordered a britto bowl (with rice, NO beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream) and the girl just messed up my order. She was a heavy set girl wearing glasses with her long hair in a bun, she was too busy chatting with her coworker, was not paying attention with the order and saw her started making a burrito. Right before she was done making the burrito she noticed my order was a bowl and decides to dump whatever was on the tortilla in the bowl. Finally got the food, told her "thank you" but got no response...got back to the vehicle and was about to eat and noticed there was nothing but beans, all soupy, NO rice. Other toppings were all mixed up.. I hardly ever leave negative reviews but I did not appreciate with this girls customer service.

Awesome food and drinks! They lose a star for having terrible gas that will destroy your engine, but the store is great. I remember biking here after school when they first opened. Their peach tea and sweet cream cheese filled pretzels are the best!

Love Wawa! The app is great for preordering sandwiches, order accuracy was perfect, staff was very friendly, gas price was reasonable and the soft pretzels are one of my favorites :-)

They have nice food for a gas station. There subs are so delicious. Only give them 3 stars because its a gas station so if it was just rated in gas station food its five stars.
