Excellent food and fast delivery. Make sure to remind them what sauces you want though... often get forgotten. ----- Saw the other review just below... agree attention to detail isnt always great, my order was wrong once as well, plus they almost always forget to include sauces my husband asks for when we order. When the order was wrong I called and they came back right away with the correct items... they also insisted I return the old food, mine was still in the containers but had been tossed as well. I retrieved them and did hand them over... I thought it was odd but they said theyd had issues with fraudulent claims for free food in the past... this policy helps to curb that I guess... either way Im pretty sure they trash the stuff once it gets back to the restaurant... I hope!!

Ordered an item without peanuts as I have an allergy, delivered wrong item (sure enough with peanuts). Scraped off most of the peanuts to attempt to eat it but decided to dump it all. Called to explain the error and was told my food would be replaced. The shenanigans started once the delivery driver arrived. He asked me for the old food in exchange for the item I originally ordered. I explained I had tossed it but he insisted I give it to him or he would leave with my order. So I went and scraped up the old food for him and tossed it in the bag to exchange for my meal. What this restaurants intentions are with my old food Ill leave up to your imagination.

I just moved to Stafford from East Lansing, MI & have been spoiled by Rice Kitchen for the past 6 years, leaving my standards for Americanized Chinese cuizine rather high. Shun Xing is a great family-operated Chinese restaurant. Friendly on the phone and in the restaurant. Generals chicken was epic; perfect flavor. White rice was sticky. Vegetable fried rice was fresh, but a bit bland. Crab rangoons had great flavor, but the wrappers used were a bit chewy. Prices are very reasonable. A great experience, overall. Definitely my go-to place in Stafford for quality Chinese

Ordered food...is shows up an hour later, only to discover the wrong food was delivered. No worries, simple mistake...call and report problem, and the kid comes back to the door, empty handed a half hour later, and asks for the wrong food, so he can go SWITCH IT with the other person who got OUR food. DISGUSTING! Called again, and was told itd be another 25 minutes to get fresh food made...needless to say we cancelled our order! Horrible customer service...and awful ethics if they think its okay to just switch food from one home to another after it has been opened!!!!

Dont order from them. Because what they will do is take your order and hang up the phone with you. You will sit there in anticipation of the food for an hour, and then when you call in to ask where the food is, they will tell you that they were busy and looked up your address so they decided they werent going to deliver to your address. They wont contact you to tell you this, theyll let you sit there and wait and make you call in to find thsi out. Yeah sounds stupid right? Thats what my husband and I thought. Sadly its true, thus the review on Google

Deliver is ALWAYS in less than an hour. May be different if you live farther. Food is always fresh. Crab ragoons are good. Shrimp, beef, chicken/broccoli all good. Their house soup is good. Lo mein is good everything is good LOL! Portions are big. Food is very yummy. We order like twice a month. Good customer service. Go order some chinese food now! Lol

I order from them every week. My four kids and I love them. The fried rice is very good lots of flavor and not too salty, so far the sweet and sour chicken and shrimp in lobster sauce seem to be our favorites. The spicy beef with the peppers was very tasty also. So far this is the best tasting chinese food in this area I have found.

Ive eaten here plenty of times, although it is not the best place Ive ever eaten it is certainly far from the worst. The prices are spot on and the quantity/quality are great. Delivery is usually under 40 min even during rush hour and holidays. Of the six Chinese restaurants in and around Stafford this is the place I choose to eat.

An employee of the restaurant informed me that they cook with MSG. I didnt know that food spots still used this stuff. MSG is cancerous, so I wont be going back. I would suggest finding another spot, the risk of MSG is not worth your health/life. Maybe this retaurant will learn to cook without it. Ok yall, God bless.

After reading the other reviews, I had to say something. Ive been ordering from them for over 10 years, and have only had good experiences. Their food is great, fast service, and there is always enough left over for lunch the next day. Any problems the other reviewers had must have been a fluke.

1st time ordering tonight. Food was delivered in under 30 minutes and piping hot. Person on other end of phone was polite enough, quick and got my order correct. I ordered crab Rangoon and sesame chicken...both were delicious. Definitely will order again from here.

Now Im no health expert but every time I eat here I get a massive headache, and from what other reviewers say its because they use MSG. I have stopped eating there completely even though its the closest Chinese place to my house. Skip this one.

Very pleased with the timely delivery, however, the General Tsos chicken wasnt spicy at all, soggy on the outside and kinda tough on the inside. The shrimp lo mein was good though so mixed feelings about this place.

The chicken was good. The rice tasted like piss. I dont mean that in a metaphoric way, it literally taste like piss. The delivery came in a timely manner. I just couldnt eat the rice I felt sick.
