****Worst dining experience Ive ever had*** Took about 10 minutes for someone to clean a table for us. Once we sat down we Ordered food and drinks at the same time bc we knew what we wanted. The waiter asked us 2 times at the able for our drinks bc he kept getting it wrong. 15 mins later- no drinks. Manager walked by and nonchalantly asked how we were. We told him we were waiting for drinks... he said they should be right out. Didnt make any motion to check on the status or get them for us or remedy our complaint. 5 mins later here comes our food. No drinks, no silverware, no straws. We asked for our drinks again. MAnager walks by and asks why we dont have drinks and proceeds to scold waiter in the dining room. Waiter " Matthew" yells back that we "wanted our food and drinks to come st the same time". Wrong. We never said that. Our orders were wrong. Waiter still couldnt remember what we ordered to drink. Tried to give me coffee instead of Pepsi. No Carmel drizzle on the brioche pancakes. When asked the Waiter said "not everybody likes it". To which my friend replied... but thats why I ordered it! I didnt say leave it off. After drinks come, they bring 2 straws for 3 people. ANOTHER WAITER had to bring us silverware. Strawberries were frozen on one of the dishes. Got sausage instead of bacon on another order. Didnt bother telling waiter bc we were just ready to leave at that point. Waiter apologized for the drink delay and told us that we "messed up his routine" bc we ordered drinks and food at the same time!!!!!! Took 15 mins to get us a check and, as we expected, he put the wrong food/drink combos on the wrong bill (3 separates checks). Had to take them all back and reprint. He didnt bring any pens for us to sign. We were late getting back from lunch bc of all the delays. ***Worst dining experience of my life**** Hands down. Manager was unprofessional. Service was pathetic. Dining room was very dirty (napkins/ trash on the floor everywhere) Really deserves a " zero star " review..... Never coming back again.

My girlfriend and I came in around 10:30pm with only one other couple in the restaurant. They left shortly after we arrived, so we were the only customers. The waitress neglected us as if the restaurant were full, and when we finally got our food, it was in to-go boxes for some reason. No explanation from the waitress other than "they put it in boxes so I just left them in there in case you want them anyways." We did not order large meals, and had no intention of saving our food, and so the boxes were just an inconvenience due to their shape, which made cutting pancakes and eggs quite awkward and difficult. After receiving the food, she never asked if we needed anything else and walked away before I could ask for ketchup. I didnt end up getting it until 15 minutes later. About the same time I got ketchup, a large party of about 25 people came in. Although we were the only customers in the restaurant, she sat them all next to us, so it was too loud to have a conversation with my girlfriend. Once the crowd arrived, we were neglected entirely, despite being out of water and completely finished with our meal. We did not recover the check for about 10 more minutes. Once we got the check, we immediately stood up and went to the register, however our lovely waitress decided to walk the opposite direction and ignore us once again. This was our first and last trip to this IHOP.

Worst place I have ever had the displeasure of eating at.our potato soup had a piece of bone in it about the size of my thumbnail imagine if a small child was eating this it could of turned out very badly. Then the main dish my fiancée ordered the two 4 ounce sirloins with broccoli and mashed potatoes and gravy her broccoli was cold and they only sent out one 4 ounce sirloin. My main dish was the tbone with the same sides. I ordered the steak rare and it came out like a piece of rubber I think the cook just turned the heat down and just let it sit there and cook over a low heat it was terrible . at this point I called out to the waitress who was and this is her words "trying to find the other one of my fiances sirloins" I told her that was not necessary and that we did not want our meal.the manager then came over and apologized and told us that we would not be charged for anything.which was still hardly worth the hour and a half drive from where we live. And lastly to top it off we also witnessed two other couples not being charged and having to try to find somewhere else to go eat which is not an easy task at midnight on a Tuesday. Worst place ever

Stopping through on travel for dinner. They werent busy at all. Not even a third of the tables with customers. We got terrible service and terrible food. We stood at the entrance at least 5 minutes to be seated waiting on someone to finally notice us. We ordered and it took forever to get our food. While we waited the manager came up and asked us how everything was. All we had in front of us was drinks. Seriously? So she said shed check on our food. When it finally came they told my husband his pancakes were being cooked. It took another 5 minutes to get his pancakes. My French fries were so undercooked I couldnt eat them. The rest of both meals was greasy. The grease dripped from my chicken sandwich. I finally pulled the chicken off and just ate that. The waitress never asked to refill our drinks and I tried several times to get her attention for that and extra napkins. We finally just paid and left. I dont normally write reviews but this was so bad I felt I should warn people.

I have worked retail for almost 10 years, so it is hard for me to complain about service with people who work in retail or food service as it can be busy and hectic. However today I had the worst service I have almost ever had. Waited almost 20 minutes for the waitress to even come talk to us to get our drinks. Food took 45-60 minutes to come out and was cold for everyone at the table and the party next to us (which was a large table of co-workers who had been there 30 minutes before us but was just getting there food). After spending an hour and half at the store and almost being late to work I decided I would just call and leave some feedback with the manager after I got off work that evening. However the manager was very sympathetic with what had happened however offered nothing in the way of making it right, I hate to say it but $12 for a cold burger and fries is ridicules. Will never go to this I Hop again, the one on 220 has much better service.

The family wanted to go out for brunch. I thought IHop cuz of the breakfast and coffee. Waited 10 mins for a half filled cup of coffee ($2.59)(once i got a full cup i could see the bottom through the tea colored water. Apparently their interviews happen right where people walk in. This lady with tatoos all over was basically begging the manager like she was begging for crack. (I dont mind tats... but not on my servers face). And several times theought the meal we had to stop talking and wait for who ever the hell decided to yell across the resturaunt "YOURE SAT!!! HUH? ... NO I SAID YOURE SAT!!!" And after i mentioned the coffee they, instead of trying to do something about it, decided to agree that it was very weak and continue to remind us every time they came up to the table. "I agree... Yeah our coffee isnt really that good... I feel the same way"
