Sharing my experience... 2 stars only becauee of the nice guy who took care of us after this experience. I had a very bad embarrassing experience at your landshark resturant in Hollywood Beach. I am a local and live in Miami Beach, but also a military spouse. I live taking guests to hollywood beach and one of the best places to eat is the Landshark. From there you can see my umbrellas and chairs left on the beach. I took two girl friends here for a bachlorette party last week. First, the resturant was empty. We walked around the hostess station because no was was there. On any other day the first person you run into says take a seat no problem we will be right with you. This waitress who for the life of me i cant remember her name, says you can go back to the hostess station someone will be right with you. My party of 3 went back and waited. Odly enough the same waitress came back and said ok i will seat you which i asked for a table over looking my stuff on the beach. She hands us menus and says she will be right back. When she comes back we all order drinks mine being a 20oz landshark. Eveyone shows i.d. i show mine which is legally a state i.d. but has no experation date it says military. The reason for a i.d. like this is so that everywhere we move we dont have to put out a bunch of money to get i.d.s and so that we keep our home of record, for tax reasons. I have filed legal paperwork, opened bank accounts, go through airport security no one ever questioning my i.d. your server refused to serve me. A manager came over to look at both my state i.d. and military i.d. and said ok fine. A new waitor came over to great us and take our order. It would be one thing if she left it alone but she took it upon herself to come back to the table. She said um this is against company policy and i will not accept your id so this waitor will be taking care of you, but this isnt my problem anymore this is yours. Not only did other patrons hear this statement and come over to tell me how b.s. it was but my friends also had to deal with the humiliation. I have taken a week to think about the circumstances but truely believe if u keep someone like this employed at your resturant I wont be the only issue u run into. I believe this was complete discrimination of the military and will never step foot in any margaritaville business ever in my life.

I would give it a zero butt they dont have that option. the food is the worst quality food me and my wife have had in a while. we were excited to eat there since the ambiance of the place is great.. with a view of the water and with a live band across from the restaurant how could it go wrong? their problem is, they use low quality products I had fish tacos with a price tag of $17.00 for 3 fish tacos.look I dont have a problem paying for good food but, they use low quality ingredients to put in in perspective pick any meal in the frozen section at your local grocery store and the quality might be better.my tacos came with chips on the side, Doritos have a fresher taste than the ones they use. I dont want to keep bashing the place but, Ive eaten at a lot of the other restaurants on the board walk and I will recommend any of them but, not this place.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Waited for 20 minutes to be seated just to be told by another hostess they dont know why we were seated here. There is no one to cover the section so we will not be served. I asked if we could be seated in a section to receive service. I was told hold on let me check. He never came back. The table in front of me receive service and the table beside me receive service. After 20 minutes had pass and 10 minutes of me and my date watching him seat other customers. We left. Wasted 40 minutes for no service and to be ignored. I will never go back and will no longer recommend this establishment to anyone!

Terrible service tastless and overcooked food best describes the overall experience. If you make a stop at the table clear some empty plates away feom your guest. Know the menu if the guests asks do you have old bay seasoning when ordering the shrimp. Dont say no and then the shrimp arrive covered in old bay seasoning. The clam chowder awefull the fish sandwich tasteless and the boiled shrimp that are seasoned in old bay so overcooked their pastey. Such a nice venue such a waste.

The atmosphere is great; right on the water and the DJ (day DJ) was fantastic! I had a burger and fries which were really good. Our server however started out okay, friendly, helpful etc, but then she basically disappeared. We waited around for more than 20 minutes after we were done eating before I asked another waitress to bring us our check because our waitress was nowhere to be found. The other waitress brought it over and our waitress picked it up.

We didnt stay at Margaritaville, but were instantly attracted to the entertainment they provided e.g. DJ, flow rider, grapefruit margaritas with gummies, chips salsa and queso and the staff interested in our sense of our enjoyment. After the DJ finished, a live regae band performed, the DJ and the Regae band were both great! Overall, this is a great location to relax and/or just have a great time with great staff, location and gorgeous view of the beach.

We had a good meal. I ordered the Caribbean Chicken salad and they allowed me to switch the chicken for the fish of the day. It was a good salad. Joey was a great waiter, attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. He brought us tastes of two beers to try before deciding what to have. We had a corner table with a view of the ocean. Finished dinner in time tohang out on the beach and watch the full moon rise.

This place is nice. We went closer to closing time on a Friday for a date night. we got seated quick and our waitress was such a happy go lucky person she was fun! We ordered appetizers burgers and desserts and oh man it was good! We only made it threw half our dinners cause they have really good sized servings of everything. we had to get dessert to go which was amazing!

I knew this was going to be bland corporate food but thought Id give it a try anyway. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then waitress walked by us at least ten times without ever even acknowledging us. We couldnt attract anyones attention so we walked out. Saved us from having to eat their awful food. Go ANYWHERE else!

“Stone crab, Steaks, Seafood and a View” If you need a stone crab claw fix, I highly recommend Billy’s. Situated on the intercostal waterway – it has a great sunset view. Lots of seating options from the outdoor casual deck, to the indoor restaurant, to the elegant upstairs bar and restaurant overlooking the water.

We were staying at the Margaritaville Beach Resort. We had lunch there. Jo was our waitress and she was so pleasant . Stephen the manager was very accommodating . He checked by several times to make sure the food and service was good . All the food was good . We will be back .
