I dont like how I was treated as a customer. They advertise that they have a large pizza special that comes with a "free" pitcher of soda or beer. The large pizza is $14.99 on the memo, so one would think if the pitcher was "free" that the price would be $14.99. The special price including the "free" pitcher is $15.99. That seemed silly to me, so I questioned the waitress about the "free" pitcher. I thought "free" meant free. I wasnt aware that "free" meant $1.00 extra. The waitress became very defensive and rude. All she would say was "Ill take it back, Ill take it back". How about answering my simple question. The pizza was good. When we received the bill, they added 15% gratuity. It clearly states on their menu that gratuity will be added to parties of 4 or more. We were a party of 3 and our service was rude and obnoxious and their advertising is deceptive. I asked about the tip and the guy said "oh Ill take it off, Ill take it off". Ok, you do that buddy....... I asked to speak to a manager, because this experience was unpleasant and the response was "concerning"? Concerning go get a manager when one is requested. They have a lot to learn about treating customers properly. I will not be back. Not cool at all.

0 Stars My wife and I have been in the hospitality business between us for over 40 years. This is the first time we have ever left a restaurant without tipping the server. We have been going to this place a few times a month for years. I get up to go next door to Nicks to get a pina colada and the waiter tells me no, no we have pina coladas. I ask if it is made with rum or wine. He tells me rum. I say are you sure as I am allergic to certain wines. He says yes it is made with rum. As soon as I tasted it I knew it was made with wine not rum. My entire body started itching. I asked a different server and she admitted they do not use rum they use wine. Iasked for a manager and nobody ever came. I went in the back to talk to the person in charge and tell him that his server had lied to me and all he would say is "Sorry Buddy". Well this Sorry Buddy and his family will never be returning to this place. Worst customer service and very unprofessional server.

Un buen sitio para pasar un rato con familiares o amigos disfrutando de la brisa del mar, de la belleza de un ocaso o viendo un partido de la NFL o NBA, especiales en alitas de pollo sin hueso y deliciosas pizzas acompañadas de cervezas y patatas fritas, entre otras variadas ofertas. Excelentes gyros y atención esmerada y solicita. Se llena bastante y hay poco espacio entre las mesas.

Came here 2 times, first time was good and when I say good Im referring to strictly food, the second time was a disaster. Food is consistent as well as how they consistently shaft you for the pitcher of beer. They have this huge ice pack in it so you never get as much beer as advertised. The waitresses are rude and dont speak english. The waitress actually poured herself a cup of our beer and then spilled it on the person next to me (the whole cup) when asked to clean it threw the napkins at the person next to me!!! To top it all off THEY EXPECT YOU TO LEAVE ADDITIONAL TIP!!! I dont tip mediocre service. I wont be coming back, consider yourself warned!

With the servers too busy on the boardwalk, it was really difficult to get their attention for anything. Im here now. My cup of water has been empty for about 15 minutes. BTW. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE HERE! I should have taken that as a sign before sitting down. The pizza was trash! 3/10. The wings are bare served with sauce on the side. They taste like they have been frozen for weeks and just dropped into the fryer. 4/10. The philly cheese steak was good. Its served on a pita bread. Lacks the true experience of what a Philly should be. 5/10. Overally experience 2 out of 5 stars.

Came here with my family, ordered the special of one pitcher and a large pizza. When we get the pitcher, it comes with a HUGE ice pack in the middle. Essentially, half a pitcher. Just another trick to save money. I ask the waiter why did I get half a pitcher. She says it will be four cups. Fair enough, I pour the pitcher in front of her and it is only three cups. I explain that if they give me a fourth cup, I will stay. If not, I would have to leave. Young manager decided to start a petty argument with me, so left. Beware of the short pitchers!!!!

New York pizza! Authentic and delicious thin crust foldable pizza. Love it! Very good pizza. Just stay away from the canned green peppers. I dont know why they use them. The rest of the toppings are great! They have a combo special that comes with a free pitcher of beer. Its advertised as just a cheese pizza, but you can add toppings to it.

This place has THE WORST service. I have never felt less appreciated as a patron and was argued with several times. The waitress also attempted to double charge us for our meal after our friends had already surprised us by paying the entire tab. Such a shady place. The food was decent but not worth the experience.

This was an absolutely horrifying experience. When the pizza came it had a HUGE hairball on the bottom of the crust, and when my friend went to talk to the manager about it he started yelling at her in the middle of the restaurant. We couldnt get out of there quick enough. The waitress was barely civil.

Cajun chicken with grilled onions was mm mm good. The following day the portion was smaller and not how i requested it (without the pita bread) and they didnt put on the grilled onions...but was still decent.The waitress is beautiful too.

my best restaurant experience ever. I dont know what their names were but two servers were working. they were amazing from beginning to end. this was at about 930pm on October 13th 2016. love these guys. will definitely return.

Its a trap they offer you a special large puzza and a pitcher for 15$ when they take your order they ask you what to toping you want . All dressed is 10$ extra but of course they dont tell you. Suckers

Me and 3 other friends were waiting for a table. 6 people came in 10 minutes after and the waitress gave the table to te 6 people sauing that that table has 6 chairs. So ridiculus

Have been going here for pizza since I was a kid. Their pizza is close to NYC style pizza--my favorite! I now bring my kids here. Its one of our favorite places to go for pizza!
